The customer service at alnoor is the worst i have ever seen... especially the man working in the meat section. When we asked him to double check the correct wieght he threw a fit and told us to take the item the way it was. After explaining that we had the right to know what we were paying for the owner got involved and still charged us for the wrong item. I have been coming to alnoor for the last couple of years but today was my last visit. I would not recommend anyone to shop here unless they want to get scammed and deal with rude staff

Behavior is worst . Meat quality really really bad . Also charged me more where I bought shoulder they charged me for boneless. Nothing to say worst experience. I wish we had more Halal options here .
