I use to come here all the time whenever I visited. Today I went and this guy refused my ID because it was from Quebec and he told me Quebec doesn’t count as Canada. So I show him my drivers license and he says whatever with an attitude. I will never come back here and I was coming here all the time

What has happened to this place ? Nothing is stocked every day I go here no receipt paper in any pumps so annoying. No ones ever cleaning place is a mess been going here for over ten years place needs management it’s going down hill

They were out of stock of the main items I ordered (5 beers) and is actually the only reason I placed the order. I didn’t want the other items. Instead of contacting me and asking if I still wanted to proceed with my faulty and unfulfilled order - they simply assumed and sent me half the items. The items I really didn’t want. So I didn’t get what I actually wanted and ended using paying for food I threw away, paid for delivery, bag fee, order fee, small cart fee and a tip for nothing. STAY away from this store. The lady on the 7NOW phone was rude as well

WARNING TO DELIVERY DRIVERS !
I had an awful experience last night. I was picking up an order that was supposed to have 6 of a certain item on it. I checked the order and showed Brighton, the person on duty, the order reciept and that I was missing items. He then told me that there was nothing he could or would do about that and to call customer service for the delivery agency. I then asked him, if I call them and they say he is wrong, would he then give me the missing items from the order ? He proceeded to tell me he would not.
I strongly urge all delivery drivers to check their orders for this location ESPECIALLY if it's Brighton putting the orders together. They don't like to put the whole order in the bag then argue with you about it, leaving you and your customer short of items they paid for.

Totally poor service. They are different on calls than in person. I ordered cheese pizza for pickup and the guy told me it’ll be ready in two minutes and I said ok but when I reach there, he was putting pizza in oven at that time. Totally wastage of time. Owner should take care of these types of employees.

9 out of 10 times the nacho cheese and toppings for the hotdogs is completely empty and when you ask them about it they say sorry sorry who wants a plain hotdogs

SO LIKE A RESTAURANT I USED TO BUY VERY OFTEN THERE ICECREAM TREAT AND NOW I DONTTHE SAME I AM DOING WITH 7/11 ON LAKE STREET STOP BUYING ANYTHING FROM LAKE STREETTHE SAME HAPPENED TONIGHT AS SOME RESTAURANTS ARE STILL DOINGTHAT ARE WEARING COLONE AND PERFUME WHICH GETS TRANSFERRED TO THE FOOD PACKAGESCOLONE I SEEN ON TV WOULD BE THE WORSTOF THE 2 BECAUSE THE GUY POURS THE COLONE IN THERE HANDS AND RUB THERE FACE AND RIGHT AWAY IN STORES AND RESTAURANTS GETS VERY STRONGLY ONTO THE FOOD PACKAGESTONIGHT REALLY BAD ON CHOCOLATE MILK CONTAINERS AND WHERE I CANT WASH IT OFF THE EXSTREAM TERRIBLE REAK UNLESS I USE A SPECK OF ORANGEI AM EXSTREAMLY SENSITIVETHIS THE THING I AM STOP BUYING FROM THIS STOREI THOUGHT IT WAS A BUSY STORE CUSTOMERS WEARING ITBUT NO WHO EVER STOCKED THE MILK AND OTHER PRODUCTSI AM REALLY TIRED THAT THIS HAPPENEDS FARELY OFTEN WITH RESTAURANTS AND STORES

Friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Hot food and pastries are fresh and hot. Food behind the counter is tasty and at a great price. Believe that. Clean facility and fast cashiers. Stock is always full and fresh. Parking lot is small but never full. Ice machine outside.
