Nothing but praise for the whole team at Griffith Bros in South River. They are always so friendly, go over and above to help wherever they can and just always a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.

A big shout-out to the amazing team at Griffith Bros in South River. As we were driving down the highway, in our way to get gas at the Shell station in South River, we heard a loud clang. The car drove but wasn’t sounding very good. I remembered seeing Griffith Bros sign and because we were so close we drove in to get some assistance. Despite them being super busy and understaffed, the owner had a mechanic hoist it up where it showed a broken front wheel spring. The mechanic took it down and drove it around the parking lot to see if we could drive it back to our cottage. The answer was no. Before we knew it we had a member of the team driving us back to our cottage with our groceries packed into his pick-up. These guys were so friendly and so accommodating. Wouldn’t take any money! We ended up having our car towed back south because we needed to get back home and back to work otherwise we would have waited to have them fix it.
Thank you Griffith Bros for your help! You guys are fantastic!!!

Kacey from Griffith Bros. picked up my vehicle to be towed to North Bay. From the time he arrived he was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call him again if I ever need another tow.
