Great prices, I've noticed that this location is getting more produce and more clothing. We have a Foodland in Smithville in the same plaza, so I think Giant Tiger is trying to compete better with Foodland. Foodland is a Big Rip off. their prices are completely ridiculous. Giant Tiger carries the basics , Smithville would be lost without Giant Tiger.

Me and my friend visit Giant Tiger Smithville Location and we experienced bad customer service.The manager of that location speak so rude to us and not treated well . i told her i want to try some stuff on she rudely open the door i thought might she has bad mood then she came to us and told us leave the stuff on there place we were just browsing we havent done anything she is racist,me and friend felt very bad and embarrassed i hope she will how to treat customers equally

Me and friend visit smithville location and the lady behave so weird with us firstly we thought she might be in bad mood then she came close to us and specifically told us leave the stuff where you got we were just standing there we haven’t done anything then we went to cashier ask for manager unfortunately she is the manager her name is jenese, maybe I spell that wrong she kinda racist I guess. we felt very odd she just came told us without any reason there were other customer as well she specifically told.

Very convenient. Great for grab and go necessities. Note: This location does not offer giant tigers (they might have a little tiger but to be honest I wasn't looking for one).

Selection was lack lustre, prices were good and the red grapes i bought were amazingly flavorful and the price was great as well. Overall its just a good store. I have been in far better but they are also in larger centers so there is that.
