I could not be happier with the service and courtesy I received from CSI Clean. Zach our tech explained what he was doing and how what he did would solve our issues. His work was impeccable. I would urge anyone who needs any grout work done to contact this company. I also found the price charged was very fair.I would contact this company again if I need any of the services they offer.

After scouting various cleaning companies, we engaged CSI Clean to clean and steam sanitize the white stone tiles on the main floor, including the ensuite shower stall, and portions of carpeting, in our townhouse bungalow.We couldn't have been more pleased with the professional and exemplary service received from Roland and Zach. The work was done with a great level of care and detail. They were not only courteous, but displayed a thorough knowledgeable of their profession as was evident with the end result......gleaming white tiles with all grout lines sealed to prevent dirt and stain, sanitized and steam cleaned carpeting, and a fresh shower stall where even the caulking was replaced.We will continue to use the services of CSI Clean in the future, and have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone out there looking for any hard surface - tile/grout, and rug/carpet cleaning needs.Thank you for a thorough job!- Murtaza & Jyoti from Fonthill

We had our tile floors cleaned and the grout stained by Zach and Roland and were very happy with the results. They both took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that we were satisfied. We also had grout repairs and caulking completed in the shower area. So glad we found CSI!!

Our carpet is looking fresh and clean now. We had multiple water and other stains that we thought couldn't be fixed but now are almost invisable. Zach the technician was very professional and courteous during his visit.

This is the second time that I have used CSI Clean, Grimsby and the results have been consistently superb. Zack was our tech this time (Roland last time). Zack is a friendly, courteous, no nonsense kind of guy who gets down to work and does a fabulous job.... and I am a fussy guy!I really support the idea of a 'green' approach to run cleaning. And there is no odour. Carpets are dry enough to walk on almost immediately. The stair carpets turned out fantastic....again. We had chose a commercial grade carpet and that make a big difference according to Zack.I highly recommend the CSI team in Grimsby!!

My entire experience with CSI Clean was phenomenal from start to finish! Not only was I personally contacted by Roland almost immediately after asking for a quote via email, the entire process was explained (ie, how long it would take, price, what needed to be done, etc) kindly and efficiently. I received an appointment very quickly and the team made sure it fit my schedule and timing.When Zach arrived (right on time might I add), we were blown away by his professionalism and kindness. He worked efficiently, making sure he was not disrupting me during my work day, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. His work was immaculate! He got out all of the pet stains from our King pillow-top mattress and made sure we were happy with the cleaning prior to starting the sanitization process. He also went one step further and advised us on what to do post-cleaning (ie, when it could be slept on, how to help it dry, etc). We are so incredibly happy with the results and have peace of mind that we are, once again, sleeping on a mattress as clean and the day we bought it. Phenomenal job, Zach!!I will be recommending them to anybody and everybody as I know they will not be disappointed - 10/10!!

We recently hired CSI Clean to help clean our carpets. We were preparing to sell our house so we needed it done quickly and done well. I have to say, not only did they come in right away, they also did an amazing job. Zack is one of the hardest and most conscientious workers I have seen in any business or service. He took his time, did not cut corners and worked hard until the job was done. I would highly recommend.

I hired this company to refresh my walk-in shower.This company exceeded my expectations!My shower looks new again.They were on time and on price.Very friendly and efficient.As well I was given tips on how to keep shower clean.Definitely would use again in future.
