Excellent experience from quote to repair, swapping a damaged tailgate. Ethan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and followed through on his commitments. I appreciated being able to drop the crated replacement part off early so they could examine it. The attention to detail that was demonstrated during the repair was second-to-none - they took the time to ensure that the best parts from each piece ended up back on the vehicle instead of just doing a straight swap. I required repairs and paint for a dented fender. I was helped by Ethan, an apprentice. He was very friendly and gave me an estimate quickly and courteously. The repairs took a couple of days, but the car looks as good as new. The quality of the work was excellent, and the car was available at the promised time.My only concern about Matthews was communication. Multiple phone calls and voice mail messages went unanswered. My positive first impression of Ethan was the primary reason why I gave them my business. Now that the transaction is complete, the quality of the work is another good reason to go to Matthews.Services: Painting

I had an incident in a car park where a woman misaligned my door by reversing into it. After going to a number of auto-repair shops, and being told I needed different parts by different mechanics, I dropped it off at this place and the guy fixed it for me easily and free of charge.I believe these guys to be legit, and would highly recommend going to this place for all your mechanical needs. This was my first experience ever needing body work on my van. From the moment I walked into ‘Matthews Auto Collison’ I felt like a very valued customer. Josh grabbed his camera and went out and took pictures right away. My insurance had the quote very quickly, and my van went into the shop. It not only came back dent free from hail damage, but they gave the inside a clean. Josh also got my rental set up, brought me to pick it up and returned it when my van was done. They went above and beyond. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I will 100% be back. I highly recommend!

Work done here is "ok' nothing special...would suggest to pay attention and listen to what they say they will do...if it is not mentioned they wont do it..everything is extra, bill was much higher then quoted. Probably would not go back, the shop is dirty as well as the office.
