“Awesome place to get work done, had my daughters car safety inspection wheel alignment and tires put on, all in one day, they did a pre inspection, told me the parts I needed, I changed those parts which was pretty bad, took it back to show them the work, got the safety inspection paper, got the car on the road, called them today to diagnose poor fuel economy, they did a live data reading to see what part was bad, they said bad map sensor, which makes sense as that was the code before I disconnected my battery, they didn't charge for the diagnosis, i ordered new map sensor today and fingers cross that's the problem, Miller's is a friendly,honest people, and cheap service too, Miller's will be my #1 choice from now on, great service”

“Excellent experience from quote to repair, swapping a damaged tailgate. Ethan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and followed through on his commitments. I appreciated being able to drop the crated replacement part off early so they could examine it. The attention to detail that was demonstrated during the repair was second-to-none - they took the time to ensure that the best parts from each piece ended up back on the vehicle instead of just doing a straight swap. “I took my Volkswagen to Hanks tire to get my winter tires put on. My car is new to me and as well as the winter tires and stuff so I had a bunch of questions when booking the appointment and Mark ( I hope I got his name right) answered the phone, and he was so patient and kind and answered all my questions. “Fantastic service! My car died on the road just before Smith Falls and I had it towed to this shop after reading Google reviews. They did not disappoint!!! I thought it was the alternator issue and they had ordered it in advance to have it ready when the car gets there. After running diagnostics on it, Barry, the owner, called me to let me know it was not the alternator but the engine sized. But after that bad news, he had a great news. He called the dealership in Smith Falls and found out that the issue should be covered under warranty and that I should call my dealership in Ottawa to confirm.Thank you for going above and beyond as because of the warranty I didn't know about, and most shops would not be inquiring for, I am getting a brand new engine into my 7 years old vehicle instead of spending 5-6K!!”
