I’ve seen better product selection in third world grocery stores. Items are often out of stock for weeks. Some people in this town do actually cook so Smiths Falls deserves better. Staff are friendly but if you can try shopping at Kemptville or Carleton Place to see how stark the difference is.

Great price on meat, great quality. Other things are priced too high. Staff are usually friendly. It's a very clean and organized store, with lots of options. Although I've had several issues with self checkout and employees checking my bags and counting my items/ checking my receipt. I'm not a fan for this reason, and I really aim for my interactionless shopping sometimes and in a rush, so I avoid this place simply because of these interactions. Unless im buying that MEATTTT ?

Great selection. Always clean. Just wish groceries were more affordable for everyone. Not like it's the stores fault. I guess I'm giving 3 stars to the state of things. $13 for Sriracha Aioli... yikes. Mix mayo and Sriracha together: you'll save $11.

Clean friendly. Prices are expensive, but that is life now... I find that the produce doesn't last long, tho.Meat is super fresh, and cuts are well done. Sales are always alternating, so give you a chance to get what you need. Always go there for my meat.

Not being from the area, the store is not familiar to us. That said, we had no difficulty finding what we needed. When needing help, the staff was friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. If we lived in Smiths Falls, we would shop here.

Generally good. Prices have shot up a lot more at Independents and Loblaw vs. some other stores though. On a recent trip there the cashier was sick as a dog and coughed on every item she rang through. Not her fault, but the absolute negligence of management that wouldn't send a sick employee home, or fail to pay people enough that they can't afford to take sick days to stay home.
