Thank you to the ladies that were working around 5pm on Monday October 23 for all your help and assistance! I was there to pick up an order for a farm, and also bought some things for home. The prices are so reasonable, and the products are great quality! I purchased some large smoked nuckles for my VERY aggressive two dogs (bulldog and a mastiff) and they did not disappoint! I havent bought steak in forever, since the costs are just astronomical in your typical big chain grocery store, however, i did pick up steak there FOR much cheaper and better quality there! I love supporting local business owners, especially when the large grocers are price gouging and the mom and pop shops are just trying to make it affordable for everyone.

Was gifted a turkey without gizzards, and I use them in my dressing. Popped into Townsend Butchers today and they were so kind to check around to see what they had and found one package left. My dressing would not be the same without them. I asked how much - they said Merry Christmas. I made no other purchase today but they have always been my go to butcher shop and will continue to be. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Townsend Butchers are the best! The people are so nice and accommodating! They let me come in before the store opens. If they don’t have what I am looking for they will call when it’s ready. The people are amazingly helpful and friendly! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Been going to Townshed butchers for 14 years. Best butchers I have ever been to. Staff is just like family. Meat is excellent. If you have not tried them they are a must. My guest from out of town always want to make a trip to get their meat products there.

Went to the Farmer's Market on June 9 2022 and noticed a line-up by Townsend Butchers counter. Was wondering what all the fuss was about so I bought a portion of fresh beef liver in a vacuum sealed bag. Was told it was freshly processed in the morning, and the cattle were grass fed and grain finished. I cooked the beef liver the very next day and I have to say I was impressed. Looks like I'll be in the line-up from now on.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the strip loin I got today normally I go in and ask for strip loins and don't even have look cause their cuts are so good and definitely much thicker and bigger. Unfortunately today I didn't bother to look till i got home and realized I got this. This will not fill me. Hopefully this was just a one time mistake and i'll have to be sure to be more observant of what I buy. I bought from them all summer last year and was very impressed. I guess it was my bad for not looking at the cut i recieved.
