We went to fix a leaf spring hanger on our RV fifth wheel in an emergency basis as we were heading on a road trip. They replaced the part and the Rv was good to go in an hour. Thank you ?

I brought my 17 year old tandem beavertail trailer into Simcoe Spring for a repair estimate. I spoke with Scott about various options for adding an additional braking axle to my dated suspension. I opted for two new braking axles which included springs as this was less labour intensive and updated my trailer into the current year. I am extremely pleased with the end result and tested it this week when pulling 4800 lbs of hay to our farm.Thank you Scott and employees for a job well done.

Killer products and information. They have a straightforward and detailed review/installation, as well as results chart for the HD coil springs they carry. I just bought a Ram 1500 for towing and it sagged really bad pulling cars, but the XHD Ram coils these guy sell was a night and day difference. Followed their YouTube video exactly for install, and took about 45min and now my truck is nearly level towing about 6000+ pounds. Won’t need to waste time and money on airbags now.

Been here 3 times. 1st time was good. 2nd time he was not done whe. He said he was going to be. 3rd time was not on time. Then would not help me fix the issue that he created. Also kept hanging up on me bc he "was done with it"

Outstanding Company with excellent customer service and very knowledgeable sales staff. Detailed YouTube videos explaining ride heights and installation instructions. I ordered new coil springs Monday and I was able to install on my truck after-work Tuesday in Alaska.

Absolutely terrible customer service wish I could give negative Star, I felt like an inconvenience that totally wrecked this man's day. may want to rethink whom is sitting front desk to greet customers. I understand every one has a bad day once in a while . But the level of ignorance and childishness blew me away. A couple hurdles, sure but it took no more then 15 minutes out of this man's day . My 10 year old son wouldnt have been so immature.And me being a business owner still was NOTHING but kind to him . Will definitely go to another company who wants our business next time. Do not recommend !
