I gave it one star but there was no option for less. I bought a 2013 Terrain in January thinking I was dealing with a reputable dealer. They would have passed on junk to the smaller dealers or auction houses. Well they didn't! They peddled this piece of junk off on me. Everything was fine until the car was taken in to another garage for an oil change. The mechanic there called my son into the garage to show him the extent of the rust underneath. They felt it was unsafe. Returning to the dealer to show the rust, they professed that the car was safe even though you could not lift the vehicle up with a jack in the designated points ( it would collapse under the weight ). They said lift it by the frame. I have called and been back to no avail, they will not respond to the issue. Buyer be ware, do not trust them, if you want to purchase anything have it checked by another garage.

At first we were very excited to be working with these folks.
We purchased a 2013 Terrain, which we actually really enjoy as a car. But within months of bringing it home we started having issues.
One issue the dealership fixed as it was still a pretty new purchase. We had seen other repairs come up in the less than 9 months we have owned the vehicle.
When we took the car in for an oil change at our trusted garage, while it was on the lift, our mechanic took us under the car to show us where the chassis has rusted out and the lifts were not usable if you weren’t in a garage. Our mechanic asked us when we purchased the car and advised us that it should not have been safetied in the first place with the damage it had, and also advised us there was no repair to be done since it was a structural issue.
When we brought this back to the dealer, they offered that we could buy a new(er) car from them for almost 2x what we paid for this one.
We will not be doing business with this dealer again and will be reporting this instance to the Better Business Bureau as well as any other applicable organizations that govern business practices and safety.
We were sold a car that was garbage before it left the lot and it had enough incentive with some new tires and brake pads that we thought we were getting a good vehicle to put our not so plentiful money into.
If you buy used from these guys, get your own mechanic to check it out first and make sure they show you the chassis because they cannot be trusted.

This place is an absolute joke. They are nothing but rude and out to scam people for any penny they can get. You will be treated like trash by anyone you deal with there. Not 1 but 3 bad experiences here from multiple different family members. Muffler fell off took it in to get it fixed they said it would be $4000 they also said they fixed it temporarily to hold me over until I could get it fixed. Charged me $80 to have them use electrical tape to put it back in place. Fell off again not even a minute down the road. Then they tried to refuse to give me my money back after being yelled at by the "service manager". Had some kind bystanders fix it better in the Tim Hortons parking lot than at the GM certified garage. Then went to cardinal mufflers and they quoted $350 for the same job that Robinson quoted $4000. Absolute joke.

They were a fabulous group of people to purchase a vehicle from. They cared about me during the whole process and get me up to date on when the vehicle would be ready. Much better than other dealerships who didn't really care to listen to what I wanted or needed. Great customer service!

Robinson Chev Buick Service is what 5 star service is suppose to look like: I called their service desk at 9am with bulbs out on my truck and Sierra L (service advisor) scheduled the repair at 1:30pm that same day, making sure parts were in stock. Within 10 minutes of arriving with the truck, Sierra advised me of an airbag recall, saying that it might take an hour or so, as she explained her concerns for safety and having repair completed sooner than later. She also advised on some extra time required for the initial repair due to faulty parts seen by the tech (I had actually taken the truck to another mechanic who made me aware of the faulty parts but advised bill could require entire new tail light so I declined repair). Tech made the repair, along with parts for <$100 all in. Sierra was awesome, the tech fixed the problem quickly like a boss, and I drive away in a safer vehicle. Thank you Robinson Team!
