Very poor Costumer service online! There was a error with my order and it didn’t process yet they withdrew payment anyways. ( there fault there website was glitching) I called to have this corrected and they said it would take 8 days on top of the 3 that it took trying to get in contact with someone to correct it. I find that unacceptable and will no longer be supporting there business

I just want to say that I love Reitmans-Simcoe location. Never before have I been into such a well organized store. Staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy which I really appreciate.
Also to the staff, Christine and Sandi, you guys are awesome and rock what you do! It is always a pleasure coming into your store!
