A big shout out to Clarks Pharmasave. My wife just came back from their location in Whitehorse Plaza and she was assisted immediately. None of this come back tomorrow or wait half an hour. Excellent staff excellent store.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and pharmacists at this location. They have assisted me with all my questions and concerns in a very positive, polite manner. They try to personalize your experience. Nice to see that you’re not just a number.

As a caregiver for my elderly father, I keep having to go into the store to get his meds. 1 out of every two or three visits actually have the meds right for him. Usually they cannot find them or they wait until you are there and tell you that he needs refills and that the dr hasn’t sent them through yet. I am very upset at this place and am going to try and get my father to change to another pharmacy. This is utterly ridiculous

These ppl are like my second family! Once you get to know them they are awesome! Pharmacy...they are SO COOL! Especially Monica and Mike!!! love these guys!Amanda Anita and Alex are super friendly at the front counter! And Edward the owner...doesn't get more laid back and chill then him!Thanks y'all for being so awesome!

The team at Clark's is great. It's wonderful having the team manage prescriptions when dealing with multiple doctors, keeping an eye for conflicts. It's very convenient to be able to book tImes for injections and vaccines. The hours are great and the store is always well stocked. Monica is a great addition to the team but you can be assured whomever serves you the service is great

All the staff at Clark’s Pharmasave are always so quick to help and provide knowledgeable insight. I live in Delhi but due to a bad experience at the Delhi location, I transferred here. A couple weeks ago I was in the area so I stopped in quickly to pick up a prescription and came to realize it wasn’t fully covered by my insurance plan. It was a tough week for me and I did not have enough money on me so I told the young cashier I would have to leave my prescription and come back on payday. I was so embarrassed. She went out of her way to cheer me up and even paid for my prescription. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you again.If my memory serves me right I believe she said her name was Amanda. I have since paid it forward.

We have used Clark's for over 20 years. For the first decade few faces seemed to change and we had a personal/professional relationship with the pharmacists. In the past 10 yeas that seems to have changed and we rarely see the same faces twice.Our doctor prescribes a medication for us that is not covered by our plan. The pharmacy with no explanation only dispenses 1/4 of the amount of medication on each refill. We are charged a dispensing fee for each individual refill making the cost of dispensing 4 times what a single dispensing would cost. Being retired this adds cost with no benefit to us, increasing the trips to the pharmacy along with those added cost..Front staff seem friendly, again changing constantly. I shopped yesterday for a simple thermometer. The only one in stock were children's thermometers, seems like a simple article, especially during a pandemic you would see the need to check temperatures.

I hope when the covide vaccine is available that I can make get her to administer the shot. Thanks a million!

Just wanted to share that I got my 2nd vaccine dose here, and the technician was outstanding! No joke, the most painless and well-executed jab I've received in my life. Highly recommend.
