I'm on auto renewal. Pills not ready over the past year on multiple occasions. Went in today, No blister packs. I'm told there is no order for me. Performance has gone from superb to sub-par. Time for a change since Zehrs doesn't care about its performance or customers healthhealth.

I have called several times on this pharmacy. But nothing has been done. I called this morning for pills and was told they would be ready at 1 pm and at 1:30 pm still not done. They normally deliver to me but it takes up to 3 days to get them. I am so frustrated with this drug store. I moved there as they delivered now it is a issue. I know they don't have a lot of staff so how about hire some. I am to the point I am going to change drug stores.

I agree with alot of other customers that the service has really done downhill. I use the automated service and the last 4 times I used it it usually tells me that the prescription will be ready in 3 days but when I go into get it it has never been ready and usually have to wait 30 minutes for pickup.

Service has gotten really bad in the last 3-4 months! Most times I have to back at least once, sometimes twice to get prescriptions and even then not always the full amount, so then it’s another trip back for the remainder! They always say they’re jammed up or don’t have enough to fill the prescription. My diabetic doctor sent an E script to them, as well as a fax 4 days later and the prescription wasn’t ready! I wonder if people are experiencing the same issues at Roulstons???

I was told today that “we’re swamped, people should be at their cottage for the long weekend not picking up their prescriptions,” I work in healthcare and work weekends and holidays… I don’t have that choice. Very unprofessional and made the process stressful. I understand being busy at work, but there’s no need for attitude to customers who did nothing but need their medication.

Good group of people work at this pharmacy . They are overworked but still manage to get the job done in a timely manner. I've seen some of the verbal abuse they have to take. Chill out people.

When lockdowns were ongoing this location really struggled to meet requests in a timely fashion (likely due to the staffing shortages everyone was facing). Now that things have gone back to "normal" I have been much happier with the time it takes to get things filled.

Flu shot set up November 2021 not clear signage they stop giving them at 6 although sign says 8...not enough space for people to fill out paperwork-the line for prescription drop is same as for flu shot paperwork pick up... she sanitized pens to fill out paperwork but no sign of that happening at the counter surface where we got vaccines. Had to stand for vaccine with pharmacist on other side of too wide counter very awkward and uncomfortable to try and get your arm close enough to her. Hopefully they do much better with seniors and children. Will find another place to get flu shots next year if this is the best set up they can come up with. Not sure why there is a need in 2021 to have every person fill out all these papers should all be done electronically.

Very slow service. They tell you to come back at a certain time or next day and prescription still not ready. Not recommended....
