Yesterday I went to pick up my meds at 6:10 because the website said they are open until 8 pm. When I got there the doors were locked and the sign said they closed at 6pm. It sure would be nice if they updated the website to match. I have a hard time walking because of illness.

The staff are excellent in here. I have dealt with Roulstons all my life. I have never had a bad experience here at all. I do know most of the staff here which does help alot.

The pleasant staff are always ready to answer questions. Excellent place to buy ostomy supplies. They're much cheaper and always have them on hand - no having to order and wait several weeks. Roulston's has been my go -to place to get ostomy supplies for over 30 years -even after moving to Toronto, then Grimsby.
