Owner gave us a hard time when we rented a uhaul trailer. Undid our chains and proceeded to state "this is how you do them" and hook them up incorrectly and illegally. It is illegal and unsafe to hook a hydraulic trailer brake chain to a breakaway chain and not directly to the vehicle. You can see the chains that he hooked up improperly in the photo.
