This was my first time at Cardinal. I found the service efficient and quick. The technician who did our van was friendly and moved along quickly with the repair. The gent at the counter is indeed a man of few words but fair....beautiful smile at departure.
Price was great! We highly recommend!

A coworker recommended this shop to me. Jarrod was pleasant to deal with. They took the car in on short notice and worked on the car very quickly. They fixed some wiring and now the car is even running better than before. Honest and trustworthy mechanic shop! Highly recommended! Thanks Cardinal Muffler!

I hate dealing with most garages because I feel like I'll be taken advantage of, I know nothing about vehicles and it is quite apparent. My muffler broke, I went in for a free estimate, he gave me a very fair price and said it would only take 45 mins. True to his word, it took less than an hour and price was what he told me. I added an oil change on there, and nobody tried to convince me I needed new air filters or higher tier oil or any of those upsell tactics that jiffy lube and the other chains do. Will definitely be using this place for all my future car needs!

I have asked Jarred from Cardinal Muffler Centre to have a look at a muffler issue on my 12 year old Toyota. J. provided an estimate and performed work on the car with a short lead time. He was honest and transparent on what needs to be done at a decent price point. Work was done professionally and quickly. I recommend giving Jarred and Cardinal Muffler Centre a try. I will take all my vehicles to his shop again. If you are not sure, please shop around, but it is hard to find an honest mechanic.

When you find mechanics that are trustworthy stick with them!!! Honest straight up on what needed NOT trying to convince the upsell. Very affordable pricing, all around awesome service.. keep it up boys!!

I won't go anywhere else. Fair prices, friendly staff, and fast service. They make women comfortable dealing with them. My repair was a fraction of what l thought it would be. They could have told me l needed a whole new exhaust system instead of a minor repair. I wouldn't have known the difference.
