I ordered a NSC dressage girth April 24 and it is now June 15th and I still do not have it.
I have had to chase customer service for any and all updates. They seem completely unbothered and show no imitative to find this order. I will never order again from this store.

I came across EFO last summer looking for some new tall boots for myself, I am located in BC so contacted the company and they said they do a zoom boot fitting. I ordered the boots in August 2021 and they arrived in November 2021, sadly too small for me. The boots also were not the colour I expected them to be. I spoke to the contact at EFO and she stated the Petrie boot company could not get the turquoise blue colour that was originally advertised. She told me the EFO store could not offer me a discount but would contact the Petrie boot company to ask them. Eventually I got a shipping label to ship the too small boots back to them, that took quite a long time due to the floods on the highway. March 2022 I was notified that my boots had arrived in their store, a few business days later I had not heard from the contact there so reached out and she stated she was wrong and those were not my boots, my boots were still sitting at customs. That was a disappointment, eventually my boots arrived in their store, I emailed the contact asking her to confirm what colour the boots were, as I had thought maybe the Petrie company would have gotten the correct turquoise colour. I did not receive an answer which also rubbed me the wrong way as I felt it was like she was avoiding telling me they were not the colour I had originally paid for. The boots arrived and they were the navy blue instead of the turquoise colour, I still love the boots but I just felt a bit frustrated with the whole process, this was my first pair of fancy tall boots for myself and if I had been told before I bought the boots that the turquoise colour wasn’t available I may have looked else where for a colour that I was originally looking for. I also never heard from EFO if they even asked the Petrie boot company for a discount, so I don't know if they even followed through with that inquiry.The quality of the boots are amazing, they feel great and fit perfect. I really just wish it hadn’t been such a frustrating process where I felt that the contact there was not the easiest the get a hold of and tended to over promise and under deliver. I feel the customer should be notified if the product they are buying is not exactly as advertised, and if they already paid for it then maybe a discount should be applied.I don't regret buying the boots, I just wish my experience had been better.

Have to change my review based on the return policy here not being the best. Since I bought items in April during the lockdown, one of the items didn’t fit and I was waiting until lockdown was lifted to go in the store to return it. The policy only allows 7 (or 10?) days for refund or credit, but since it was the lockdown I waited until the store was open. The owner said i could have returned the items by mail and didn’t give me a store credit.. I never return items by mail since I live literally so so close to the store. Other small businesses gave me the refund or a store credit no problem since stores were not allowed to open… The owner offered a discount for the purchase I made on a new orderLove love love the friendly atmosphere! Great quality products and I highly recommend this place. I don’t know the sales lady’s name that was helping me but she was so helpful during my visit :)

My favorite place to buy horse and riding gear - fantastic selection and top notch quality, great sales, and outstanding customer service. Shipping is always efficient, well-communicated and the staff are great with answering questions on products. Also have to say the remote fitting for Petrie Boots was about as easy and seamless as you could get. A great company and great team!

I LOVE this store so much!! I went a few weeks ago with my two year old daughter and Mari was so friendly and accommodating. My daughter even had a chance to pet the adorable dog there. The clothing that I bought is top quality and the pricing was amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon for more!

I live too far away to shop in person so I always use the mail order (except for at the Royal!) And their shipping is super fast. They helped fit a gorgeous Kep to my head at RAWF and always give good advice on what size to order through mail order if you can't go in person.

I found EFO while searching for a mystery box to treat myself. WOW! I was NOT disappointed! I got a box stuffed full of really high horse wear, including my new favorite Cavello breeches. They carry a lot of brands that aren't available at other tack shops near me, and I love I can wear high end stuff that not everyone in the barn is wearing. Plus the prices are fantastic.I've never been to their store in person but my order shipped same day and delivered the next. As a coach who's always behind on washing breeches.... I appreciate being able to afford a bunch of nice pairs!Here's a photo of my mystery box!
