Didn’t try to push or oversell.

We worked with wavemaker to have our inground pool installed, we love our pool now but the process of install was disappointing- install was 2 months late (in November), there was a rush to finish as it was the last install for the season so they didn't take the time to make sure we got what we asked (and paid) for. The contractor was verbally aggressive towards me and other contractors we hired. I had to do the drawings up myself to submit to the city, and when it was refused the contractor then gave me the dimensions and rules about measurements, etc. One of the install guys was peeing in the backyard early one morning, so I got an eyeful when I woke up to let the dog out. We still have issues with our pump now but go to Orillia pools.

I was struggling with green water in our little pool this year. Finally I gave in, took a sample to wave maker in orillia. They tested it, gave me a written plan, sold me everything I needed. 2 days later - perfectly clear water.Now I can enjoy the rest of the summer!
