Over priced. More costly than a convience store. Watch fout or products on shelves with with expired dates. Elgin is a much better choice with a real bakery.

Very nice friendly staff, very helpful incredable kabobs so fresh tender meat, tandoori chicken and beef my go to. Only till Thanksgiving though so get them when you can. Well stocked store. Always find what I need. Little pricey but thats to be expected when they are not a large conglomerant seller in kingston. Its a convience store so give them a break.

When your cottaging and need oven cleaner, this is the place for you. Always need something from the Freshmart. They even have a deli!

Overpriced food!, purchased cheese and avocados that were rotten and spoiled! They had the gull to sell the rotten Avacados at full price. Owners bad at communication! Fully advise going to the hardware store for snacks, the drug store for toiletries and take the longer trip to gan or Kingston for other household needs, WORTH IT.

We have been doing our grocery shopping for over a year here. We have had terrible experiences with the previous owners. Kash and Sam are trying there best and the changes made in the store is very noticeable.Noticeable changes:Fresher produce, a whole section of reduce which clearly shows that they are on top for the checking expiration dates, floors are always clean, prices are affordable ( read other reviews stop comparing a small town grocery store to No Frills and Walmart). Food is never fresh and everything is over priced. We only go there if we are in desperate need of something. But always check the expiration dates there.

The change has not gone unnoticed since under new ownership, the store is clean the food on the shelves are not expired and the meat is fresh. Highly suggest stopping in on your way through town

Yikes , this place went downhill quick. went from small town convenience price to massive gouge . 5.99 for a large bag of chips is crazy . Higher prices, longer wait times and the dirty floors don’t inspire repeat business .

The new owner Sam is also the butcher. If you like liver you have never had it like this... it is thick sliced not the usual clump of liver with all kinds of sinue/ strange size pieces. He says he has a special technique for cutting it. I will never buy it anywhere else. Since the changeover this summer, the prices have gone higher ( maybe alittle too high eg. Stove Top $2.99.. about $1.50 higher than anywhere else) but then again, beats paying the gas to go anywhere else. Also no low end bread, only Wonderbread. Nice person and I wish him the best of luck
