I love shopping at ZARA.
The staff at this location are friendly and helpful.
The cashiers are really nice but they need more cashiers most days.

Went to buy a leather coat on a Sunday. The store was clean and organized. Surprisingly not too busy. Customer service was great, a staff helped us find the coat we were looking for.

I had a horrible experience at Zara on November 2nd around 4 PM at ladies fitting room . After I finished trying on clothes, a couple of items accidentally fell on the floor. Two employees approached me in a disrespectful way, calling me back to pick up the clothes with a rude tone. They even brought over a manager, who was no different from them. It felt like they were all friends, more interested in backing each other up than offering any decent customer service. None of them apologized.
I was so put off by their behavior that I decided to leave behind over $400 worth of shopping. Zara needs to seriously address the way their employees treat customers. It’s exhausting to see so many negative reviews, and it’s clear that poor service is a recurring issue.

The girl on reception/cash counter on october 23 at 4:38pm attended me told her name “rebecca” was so rude
Her customer service was terrible
She was the one misheard my phone number but instead of apologising she gave me an attitude and spoke in loud tone

Terrible customer service for returns.
Be careful with baby clothes purchase. Sizes don't actually fit the label.

Horrible customer service and shopping experience is EXTREMELY awful. Someone opened the fitting room curtain when I was in the room. Can’t believe there was no staff giving people guidance. When I spoke to the store manager to report the incident, she was very disrespectful and passive aggressive. She asked me what do I suggest/want in the future because they can’t really help with it if that’s a customer does that and they don’t have people to watch what’s going on in the fitting room area. This is something that you should figure out with the company instead of questioning the customer who shares the concerns.
Do not shopping at this location, if you need privacy when you use the fitting room

On a Saturday afternoon the change rooms weren't full and the clothing was neat and organized. I had support from staff on the floor. It was a good experience and I found everything I looked for at this location.

Received an email for an item i ordered have been waiting here for 30 minutes and no one in the store seem to know where my package is and have the audacity to suggest i should call customer service . Bad service at your Scarborough Town Centre location!!! I will no longer order any thing from Zara online!!! Worst location and very unprofessional staff. At this point i just want my money back and i am NO LONGER INTERESTED and WANT MY MONEY BACK.

There’s a girl who is giving directions to the fitting room, she is so rude and arrogant, as I am also a sales representative, I don’t think so we are giving them wrong training about how to talk or deal with people, strongly no to this store.

Manager/ staff are disrespectful. Left almost $200 worth of sale due being disrespectful for being few days for exchanges that was worth only $45. They don’t even have eye contact when they speak to me…never coming back.

Worse service at all, i have been to many zara locations even in abroad. They don’t doing exchange even i had label attached and answering properly. Moreover arguing rather than listening properly. In short, poorer quality of service and behavior.
