The body dismorphia mixed with my job in construction, made me lose my "womanly confidence" and Nikita made my experience so wonderful. “I often shop at Hot-Topic (this location, aswell as others) but honestly my experience today was the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Hot Topic location. Drew, the store manager was absolutely lovely & so helpful! I originally just came in to browse earrings but Drew showed me I had some hot cash available, so I figured I’d buy a few things. Ontop of that, Drew went above and beyond to look at some earrings for me & picked out a cute pair of pants that I also ended up getting (they were a perfect fit & so cute!) Overall, it was a really positive experience & Drew made me feel really comfortable:) I would definitely come back to this location:)”

“LOW FAIR PRICES!! The owner is a nice man who runs the store himself. He has suitcases, travel baggages of many sizes, and other apparel. The suitcase selection is better than at Walmart. There are also some school bags for elementary and highschoolers. That being said, you will definitely get your money's worth shopping here.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Karen, the manager at Hudson’s Bay in Scarborough Town Centre. After a frustrating situation with the Pickering location, where I was told I couldn’t exchange my Shiseido foundation, Karen stepped in to help and turned everything around. She reassured me that exchanges could be done at any Shiseido counter in Hudson’s Bay, regardless of where the item was originally purchased.
Despite a system shutdown during the process, Karen stayed incredibly positive, helpful, and kind. She patiently worked through the issue, ensuring the exchange went through smoothly. Her friendly attitude and commitment to great service truly made a difference after such a rough experience.”
“The store manager Heather and assistant manager Jessica are some of the nicest human beings on earth. Consider yourself LUCKY if you get to run into them at the store.
Heather gave me 3 jeans to try and they all fit me perfectly like they were made just for me. I walked in for 1 pair but ended up loving and buying all of them!
I was running late and would only make it to the store at 8.58pm while the mall closes at 9pm. I called ahead and asked if i should still come in to return an item i purchased online and she said of course considering that i was already driving and on my way. She even said if i got there after they closed, to call them and she will come and get me from the door. She went out of her way to do that while ive met employees at other stores (childrens place at stc) start closing up waaay before closing time and then give us attitude for walking into the store 5 minutes before closing.”
