Winners on Milner Avenue is an excellent place to score deals on name-brand items, with a variety of products that cater to many tastes and needs. If you enjoy the "treasure hunt" shopping experience, this store is a fun destination where you might stumble upon some great finds. The location is convenient, and the shopping experience is pleasant, making it a solid choice for anyone looking for quality goods at discounted prices in Scarborough.

I love shopping in Winners. I visited the outlet in Scarborough close to 401, but I got disheartened due relatively poor collection.

I often visit this winners and do a lot of shopping. They have good variety and its close to where I live. I have encountered twice this employee - Kanika being so ignorant and rude. At first we were there for exchange of some item purchased she never greeted , smiled nothing I totally understand stores could get busy and employees does feel tired I didnt mind her but when I tried to smile and chat to her she had same rude attitude and no reply to which I was shocked but I let it go.. until today when we were back again because the last purchase we made she forgot to remove security tag and ofcource I saw when we got home now we see her again today mind you she had same rude attitude and asked us million questions as to how come we didnt come back same day for security tag - its high time for employees to show some kindness and warmth it goes long way and costs nothing. I dont understand How can people be rude for no reason.

The store was fine, but the sales associates are on something. On four occasions I was made uncomfortable. My mom had left her basket in in one aisle, and I had asked her to come to check something out in the very next aisle, she and I spoke for maybe 5 minutes, when she went back to her aisle, her basket was gone, apparently the sales associate put her clothes and basket away. I have never witnessed that before. Second, the same sales associate came to me while I was in Fragrance and said I can't test stuff, I hadn't done anything so I'm not sure what led her to believe that she needed to say that to me. Third, and this is something that I actually didn't mind because I normally would do this anyways. The sales associate at the changing rooms asked for me to try to have the clothes back on the hanger when I returned them. I don't think I've ever had someone ask me to do this before which I thought was strange. And lastly, after I had purchased my items, I was told to take the basket and place it by the door as I was exiting; I was literally dumbfounded. Mind you, I still did it and truthfully, I don't have a problem doing something that's not out of my way, what I do have a problem is being asked to do things to help service the store when I'm the customer, or be made to feel uncomfortable unnecessarily. I just know not to go to this store again, I assume because of the numerous instances of odd experiences, that this is a store management issue and perhaps not a a Winners issue because I've never experienced any of this at any other Winners. So strange.

Typical Winners location. Seemed fine and reasonably organized.

This Winners store is large, with a variety of goods from home decorations to furnitures, to food and cookware, to pet related goods and toys for children, to clothing, shoes, accessories, bags, and jewellery.
I just found out today that they had a rather extensive and expensive food section. From teas and coffee, to pasta and pasta sauce, to snacks like chips and cookies, and candies, and coffee syrups, etc.
The store has clothing for men, women, children and babies. There's a toys section, children Halloween costumes, baby toys and stuffed animals. There's a lot of home decorations and furniture related items. An extension collection of home cookware, utensils, tools, etc. and beauty related items such as skin care supplies.
The washrooms have no ventilation, so you can smell the very stinky poops people have dropped in the toilets. Washroom was kind of dirty.
Overall, the store has much to offer (various goods). Pretty busy on a Monday. Store closes at 9 pm. Winners is located within a plaza.

Great place for decorations at an affordable price. However if you find something and want it you must buy it immediately because it will be gone the next week and they don't normally have restock of the same items! Happened to me for some autumn blankets....

The person at the accessories section was rude. We bought what we needed but at the back of my head I was thinking nor to buy because of her behaviour.

I went to return an item one day past its return day window. The cashier told me that she couldn't do it but the manager allowed it and only if it will not happen again. Happy customer here! I was able to return what I don't want to wear.

One of the big winners and well organized store. Store looks messed up sometimes during busy days. Otherwise this place is very good.
