The windshield wipers on our van decided to quit working yesterday August 17 on the 401 in the middle of the dangerous rainstorm. - After many hours of waiting on the shoulder once we got off the dangerous highway, Tim showed up in one of your trucks. A very pleasant and engaging gentleman, so helpful and put me at ease. And the truck was super clean. Tim is a great representative of your company - please look after him and keep him in your employ. We need people like him who are very focused and service- oriented
in their jobs. Very pleasant experience after what had happened on the highway.

I got a flat tire at around 2 am, and the towing company sent help in under an hour. The technician was efficient, changed the tire quickly, and even waited to ensure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Excellent service and very professional!

Had an unforeseen circumstance this morning with my car and needed a tow to my mechanic which was 5km away. Called Williams Towing and got excellent service from the dispatcher, had a quote right away and a driver dispatched within mins. I would highly recommend their service if needed!

Just watched as a Williams flathead just ran a red light at aprox. 100 km per hour. I spent 40 years in transportation and over 20 of that over the road. Too fast to get any info but he was n/b on Brock in Whitby and ran the light at Taunton.

This is Franco. I had my tire changed this morning, serviced by williams towing service ltd. Towing driver was Tyson, he’s a very pleasant and good guy and made the service finished very quick. ?

This is the worst company in Toronto area the I worked at this place for 9 months I was the most expensive driver they had and the owner doesn't pay his drivers dispatch has no experience they don't respect people with familys and the lie worst company in Ontario I will report this company to the better business bureau as well be a ware of this place
