I had them move my junk furniture this afternoon. The movers arrived right on time and were very careful and efficient. Their price is very reasonable. The staff answering the phone was very polite and patient. I am very satisfied with their service.

Best moving experience with wil-can logistics. The team came on time and worked super fast and efficiently. Since this was our first time moving, we did not have everything prepared. The team took care of EVERYTHING for us. They were diligent and wrapped up all our fragile furniture pieces and used many blankets to ensure safety. They even took apart and reassembled our treadmill for us! The team took utmost care to ensure all our items were transported with no damages. Thanks Sam and team for going above and beyond to help us move. 10/10 would recommend this company for any moving needs

This is my third time to using Wil- can as my moving company . I moved from Toronto to Vancouver , they provide excellent service and door to door service. I don’t need to spend extra money for rental truck and move by myself. Also, their price is reasonable, I will recommend this company to my friend if they have moving needs!

TERRIBLE service, everyone should AVOID. Customer service is the poorest I have experienced in over 20 years in Canada, especially a woman named Vivian, who is extremely rude, impatient, and condescending.

Wilcan helped me move two condos to a townhouse recently and did an amazing job. Fast and reliable. Due to my condos not closing the same day as the move in date to the townhouse, they stored everything for us until we were ready to move in. No damages on any items. I would recommend this company for anyone that's moving!

Wil-Can just helped me to deliver my personal belongings from Hong Kong to Toronto. Their staffs are nice and helpful. They guided me to finish customs clearance, explained every procedures with patience. They answered all my concerns via email promptly. Shippers are professional and reliable. They even helped me to move part of my packages to the basement. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

寶加物流 國際搬運 - Movers are friendly and nice. In need of customer service improvement and phone manner which was blunt among 1 of their staff members. Never called customer to update status of shipment arrival and when you called, you could feel their grumpiness in answering you.A one time deal with this company is enough.

Will not use their service again. They didn't seem experienced. Hired 3 guys, but one if the guy just takes a very slow pace. Broke few of my furnitures during the move. I let go of the dresser because it's an old ikea item. But they were going to leave without fixing the desk that they broke. I made sure they fixed it but I really shouldn't be paying for that time. I later found out they broke one of the drawers without telling me. You can't earn trust with this kind of service. Their rates are bit on the high side too. I expected professional services.

Consistent with other reviews here, INSURANCE is the company's main downfall. If everything goes well and the movers don't break anything, you are ok. If anything is broken, the company will NOT compensate you even if you bought insurance. The movers shattered my large outdoor dining table, the entire large tabletop was broken and photographed. We thought we'd be taken care of with the insurance, but even though my table is over $500, the company erroneously insists it it covered under their lump sum clause for items under $500 and refuses to compensate. The lump sum clause is very tricky, read the fine print, basically ALL items under $500 is grouped together and divided equally for value, which means you basically will get nothing back. Our table should fall under the above $500 item, where you pay a $300 deductible which we are willing to do, but the company has ignored my emails and are very unresponsive. The after sales service is HORRIBLE. I am still waiting for their response, and am willing to update this review if a fair resolution is reached.
