We traded our Tiguan in for an Atlas as we needed more room for our family. Jordan, the Sales Manager was amazing to work with and helped us get what we want. He not only made us feel comfortable with the purchase but he checked in afterwards to make sure we were loving the Atlas and answered any questions we had. Our whole experience was superior at Volkswagon MidTown Toronto, Jordan was wonderful to work with he answered all questions or concerns we had, my son was the one purchasing his first car at 20 years old so he had lots of questions. They were all very friendly from Jordan to Dannielle, who made the whole purchase easy and relaxing. I would recommend buying from them and will most likely return upon purchase of our next family vehicle.

I just purchased a Golf R from VW Midtown and dealt exclusively with Lisa A.. She was incredibly easy to deal with, I knew exactly what I wanted and she helped me get there. All in all, spent less than an hour at the dealership including test drive & delivery. Cannot recommend her expertise enough.

I am really disappointed with the service. It has been six days, and I have dropped my vehicle off at the service centre twice, yet they still haven't been able to identify the issues. they keep raising ticket with the tech VM team, but there's been no solution. I've had to go back and forth just to fix Car-Net issue. They've mentioned that multiple cars are facing the same problem, but still can't pinpoint the cause. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
