For my first time in this store it very eye catching and organized with display …. My experience there was one never to forget thou …. I was sold a false vision for my custom experience and was robbed of my customization…. I was sold a smaller picture than what was displayed in store ….I was given the runaround for my purchase and lied to about the service itself which took place … I tried asking for a manager and was given instructions to bring my complaint to google … I purchased a gift for a child in the store and it was the worst experience of my life … I would never be back … I would hope that in the future this store fixes the bad customer experience…. Not professional and shouldn’t be inside of a mall with such bad representation…. Prices are also very gouging and they don’t give you anything to carry way but a garbage bag ??????

Absolutely fantastic customer service this evening. The young lady was terrific on the computer creating my design in just a few short minutes. I couldn’t avast for a better customer service.

I have gone to the STC location several times now. From custom art drawn by my daughter to celebrate meaningful milestones, to gifts, to grieving friends and family gifts, the store goes above and beyond- ESPECIALLY Shein (spelling?) He has been such an incredible go-to person given I usually have 100 questions before I am ready to print. He continually demonstrates patience and knowledge, and personal care for each item he's sold to me. I can't recommend them enough- not to mention that the quality of these pieces have definitely upheld kids/adults wear and tear & wash! Thanks- see you soon!

Worst printed t-shirt. Feels like a plastic page is glued to the shirt. Had to order another one from somewhere else. Would not recommend this place.

As we leisurely walked around Scar-T, we made a stop at Urban Customz. The store showcased an array of sweaters and tees featuring remarkably stylish cuatom designs. Notably, the prices were competitive, but I found the emphasis was on convenience and quality. The staff member was professional and efficiently attended to all our questions and needs.
