I visited UR Lube today for an oil change and had a fantastic experience. Mr. Ismail assisted me in selecting the perfect oil for my car, and he did an excellent job.
The service was efficient and top-notch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to support a local small business and receive quality service.

Came about a month ago to get my wheels swapped and won't ever come back to get any work done here.
They damaged my side skirt by jacking the car up incorrectly.
Went to my regular mechanic for a brake change and turns out UR Lube also over torqued my wheel nuts and they all had to be replaced which he did for no charge, so wasn't as if he was trying to upsell me.
When I showed the damage the employee said 'yeah it's fine' and I didn't have the energy to argue then.
They are clearly careless with your vehicle.

I love this place! i went today to do my oil change and Ismail is the best and gave me excellent customer service and advice. He changed all my filters also and recommended lots of ideas and how to take care of my mazda. This is my place for my car from now on and will refer this place to all my family and friends.

Scammers. They pretended to drain the oil and replace it with new. Next day I had to go for a repair in other shop and they checked and showed me the oil. It was OLD OIL. Stay away.

I really like bringing my car here for oil changes. The are really polite and professional. They have always been thorough and always tell me when they see something that isn't right. Mohsin and his crew found a leak due to an improper sized filter placed by another mechanic. They explained why it happened and were able resolve the problem while I sat in my car. I really appreciate their care for me and my car. Will come here time and time again.Thank you!!
