Called traditions, auto service with an air conditioning problem. They got me in right away, fix the problem at a reasonable price. Still too cold to try the air conditioning. But the car runs much better than before
Now the weather is warm enough to try out the air conditioning. Blows ice, cold, very quiet, really pleased with this system.

Traditions Auto Service is my primary auto service provider however, I recently took my vehicle to a dealership as I believed the unexpected passenger window broken half way open was under warranty. I very frustrating and lengthy lack of proper/safe care at the dealership lead me to obtain a second opinion from Traditions. Not only did the dealership quote a vague repair timeline of 3 days - 6 months, they were going to send me on my way with no provision of temporary window securement until parts available for full repair. I had to insist they secure the window in the upright position closed so I could safely drive my vehicle until full window parts/repair complete. The temporary securement of the window in the upright position did not make me feel safe it was barely taped in place with green painter like tape making me feel that the window might infact fall if I hit any road bumps. I left feeling very unsafe . My vehicle was not in fact still covered by warranty and since i was feeling so unsafe I called traditions and after explaining the vehicle challenge an immediate appointment was set for Traditions to provide an assessment and second opinion. Traditions offered to complete the necessary repair not only in a timely fashion , a few days, but most importantly they were able to provide a temporary window repair getting the window in the upright position , securing the window and disenabling the controls to prevent the window from being mistakenly attempted to open until full repair complete. I left Traditions from the assessment visit with peace of mind that I was safe driving my vehicle with the temporary repair until complete repair/parts available. I did not have the same feeling after leaving the dealership, hence why I sought the second opinion. Traditions would have never sent my vehicle out unsafe as the dealership had. I cannot thank the team at Traditions enough for making me at ease at both the initial and completed repair appointments. Traditions honesty and dedication to exceptional customer service are second to none.

Honest and trustworthy mechanic, great price and quick service. Had to replace both ball joints and they had found my engine oil was extremely low. Categorizes their findings on a scale of immediate, moderate and good condition from their inspection of the vehicle with photos and videos. Would highly recommend

A friend recommended Traditions highly , years ago. So glad they did! They are very thorough and get back to you fast, with a full reports of what needs fixing. They break down the report as items that need fixing , items service suggested and items that are okay. They have kept my 2013 Kia Rio running very well.They are very knowledgeable, do good quality work, on time and a pleasure to deal with......Services: Transmission

I've been taking my cars to Steve and Michelle for about fifteen years and will continue to be a customer for as long as I own a vehicle. From the first visit when Steve talked me out of replacing a part - a repair the dealership claimed was necessary - to the most recent when I was told we can safely defer some costly brake work for a few months, they have been honest, efficient and reasonable.I have no need to learn anything more about cars to better inform myself as I trust Traditions 100%. I've referred several people to them and feedback has always been positive. It's nice to have a business you can trust and rely on.

Highest of Praise for Traditions Auto Service,Michelle & Steve, are the Best. They run the most honest garage we have been to. Moved away, tried another garage, not a good idea. From booking an appointment, explanation of what needed to be done, this place was very thorough, direct and honest on the work that needed to be done. They worked with me to complete the needed work and when I picked up my car after the repairs all the replaced parts were shown to me as they educated me as to why the work was needed. Overall my experience was great and I felt I wasn’t taken advantage of because what they did or needed to do was explained. Highly recommend this place if you need work done!Services: Exhaust

Bizarre. Canceled my appointment and stopped replying to me without any explanation. Previously did good brake work for me, I guess they are upset I got an oil change elsewhere. Was booked for over $1000 more service, go figure.
