“Went to visit the store and I gotta say this cute store is everything! They have the most adorable plushies (ranging from hello kitty, my melody, Winnie the Pooh, etc.) they also have some really cute plates and cups ? I personally got myself the cutest mousepad!The costumer service is also super nice and the girl was very helpful!I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for different cute items!(The only downside of the store is that I wish it was bigger)”
“Mr.Surprise isn’t just a store it’s a community. It brings people together and is full of happiness. I come here every time I feel down (and even when I don’t) and I always leave feeling better. It’s not just Mr. Surprise but also msteastation and surprise lab, the franchise is just full of joy from its staff to its products. The surprise boxes are always great and they’re consistently restocking popular favs and the bubble tea is the best I’ve ever had, it’s so fresh! My family and I will continue to return again and again!”

“Was visiting the GTA for the weekend, and stumbled across this awesome place. Great finds at prices that match market value. Don’t be afraid to ask the employees any questions regrading pricing.
The prices fluctuate on some of their products, that’s why everything isn’t labelled with a price - for those who are complaining in the reviews. I found a couple of amazing Knick knack finds and a couple of PS3 games for a very reasonable price and the employee that helped me was willing to make a bargain or two that was beneficial to me as the customer, with the vendor still able to profit and keep the place going.

“It was my first time at build a bear with my son who is 4 years old. Rachel assisted us and she was so lovely making it so special for my son. Especially helping fill the teddy and the heart ritual was a really nice touch. He loves his frog forest! Thanks”

“Amazing place. I have only been at their old location once. They have now moved at the edge of the plaza onto a bigger space. More room and really impressive to see with all their selections. I was briefly greeted by 2 staff with such professionalism. I had intended to sell ny collection and Lawrence, who gives me the impression is the manager, was amazing at delivering great service with care and enthusiasm. Arsh walked in after, the person who will be going through my collection for a quote. Arsh was also very professional and thorough with educational information regarding their procedures on buyung big bulks. I wish I lived near them. I would definitely support their business and make sure these guys are around for a long time. A friend did highly recommend the place and now I see why. As a business man and someone who takes pride in customer service these guys are top notch. I plan to open up a TCG shop and can only hope to employ prople like Lawrence, Arsh and the other 2 I met. Well done guys.”
