I visited with my friends, they were international students who ordered something, employees over there making fun of them ,such a shameful thing they are up to , I would like to suggest to them to take classes on how to serve and respect customers.

Dear Tim Hortons, please train you employees professionalism before putting them on work. It frustrating to see how rude your employees are becoming day by day, specially at your locations in Scarborough. I have had too many negative experiences lately. Worse customer service I ever got at time Horton . The customer care representative krishant was very rude . I arrived there by 5.05 am and want to order a wrap. But I was being told that they don’t sell wrap at this time . I ask him very politely that then what time wrap were available he said I don’t know this and that . Never coming to same location ever.

This Tim is nearby my house and I went 4 to 5 times within a week and whenever I go, they are very busy. They don’t listen. The cashier is not available and if it’s available, they don’t listen properly. The display of donuts and cookies is all over spread it down as you can see the picture, and I ordered ice cap the original ice cap and it was stinking with eggs. I don’t know why and all the staff members fight in between, and another customer is in line and plus it’s very delicate. We cannot use it like I have seen in another Tim Hortons, the straw are strong , in compare to this Tim Hortons time, waste money, waste, worst experience I kindly respectfully suggest train all the staff properly or take out them and make a new stuff there. The whole team is worst within two weeks. I got to know all the things here. It’s very bad man. They are representing Tim Hortons.

Cross contamination is a major issue when employees refuse to change gloves. People believe they are eating vegetarian food, but the same sweat-covered gloves that handle bacon and eggs touch their food.

Worst service ever.I ordered two plain crossiants with hashbrown and chipotle in them but there was a huge line up they didnt even toast it and just gave us after putting hashbrown. I order steeped tea too with 2 oat 3 sugar they gave something ekse they didnt even stir the tea. I would suggest there management to look after them??
