Israt was an excellent sales associate - one of the best I have ever encountered. She was pleasant, patient, and caring. She never put any pressure and she worked with the family to find exactly what we needed at the right price.
Addition: Delivery proceeded without a glitch. Minor issues were resolved quickly. Israt took the extra time to refine instructions to the delivery personnel.
