It’s where I get my skin polisher to use with my soap balm, I bought two and received a discount that day. The only downfall is theybstop the points system and there’s no update when it will be reactivated to collect points. The staff are smazing and knowlegeable

Extremely poor service by the lady working in store at this very moment. The lady kept talking to her friend about her personal life so loud that even I could hear their conversation for the entire time that I was in store. Didn't even bother to greet any customers, tell them about the current promotion or ask what I was looking for or if I needed help with anything. I mean seriously, are you there just to cash people out? This isn't a grocery store, it's Body Shop!Please provide good customer service to your customers.I came in with intentions of buying something for my valentine and ended up walking out and decided to spend my money where I'm given good service.

Very friendly, clean and tidy store. I was greeted upon entering. I had made an online order and was going in to pick up. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I even got space and time to browse other products while I was in.
