Jan 20thUber delivery around 7:45This lady treated the driver so bad. Like people make mistake but you don’t need to yell at them saying of you’re not out priority and bullcrap. And yelling at him of when you go to a restaurant blah blah. This is very crazy and if beer store don’t something about this I will complain to a better place.

Store is good in terms of choice of beers. European, Asian, Caribbean, Canadian beers, craft beers from Ontario and Canada.

A fairly new beer store that is self serve. It is large with a segregated bottle return area. Staff are professional and friendly. Just be careful in the parking lot as it is a very busy lot with cars parking to visit other retailers in the mall.

One of the newer stores...but a dull, warehouse vibe like every other location of The Beer Store. A terrible shopping experience compared to the LCBO. This location has a few unique imported beer choices, not available at my other frequented locations.

Plenty of store parking is shared with other retailers in the same plaza location of Milner Ave just east of Morningside Ave. People are usually in and out quickly so don’t get frustrated too fast. The Beer Store employees were extremely helpful and very efficient at processing bottle/can returns.Product selection is excellent although one of the two brands I was looking for (...Stonewall Light) was out of stock.Nevertheless, quick friendly checkout!

I went to 871 milner ave, scarborough, ON location. Store 2486. Cashier 79485. Time 3:11pm.I was purchasing beer. I was asked for ID which is supposed to be. The cashier touched my ID without my approval. I was not comfortable with this practise. It is pandemic time. He did not sanitize his hands before my transaction. What is this happening?when I asked the cashier then he started telling me how it is supposed to be. Like I went to purchase beer for the first time? I always go beer store and LCBO. During pandemic time, nobody is touching ID. I know those rules are applicable in regular situations. I am not complaining about it because he was rude, I am just saying it is health and safety issue. Where is the customer service here? My ID was not fake that he was touching to check it. I got my beer but I wont go to this location ever. Because they are not taking proper care during COVID 19 time.Concerned customer.

nothing special. staff were unhelpful. cashier was at least sweet and acknowledged me considering that I am a female customer it is easier to go to LCBO than these mostly Male dominated customer based stores. i asked an associate where a specific type of beer was and he scoffed, pointed behind me without saying a word and walked away. This is not my usual location but if I am in the area I will be sure to avoid the store.
