I just had an excellent experience purchasing a new phone and plan, thanks to Wali at Telus! From the moment I walked in, Wali was incredibly welcoming and eager to help. He listened attentively to my needs and guided me through the options that would best suit my lifestyle.
Wali's knowledge about the different phones and plans was impressive, and he took the time to explain all the features, making it easy for me to make an informed decision. He even helped me transfer all my data and set up my new device, which was a huge relief!
What stood out the most was Wali's friendly and patient demeanor; he made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I walked out feeling confident in my choice and excited about my new phone. If you’re looking to upgrade or get a new plan, I highly recommend visiting Wali at Telus! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Service was horrible I would honestly give it 0 stars. There was 7 workers on the floor all sitting no one said hello no one came up to help or ask if we needed help with anything. They could see we were waiting patiently for help and no one cared to help. All were rude and just starred at us. Don’t know why you have workers when they can’t do their job

Useless customer service. I at this store and trying to get my credit what they promised on bill. But i did not receive it. And i come to this store to resolve it and i have wait for more then hour and still my issue is not resolved. The customer service is worst.

i came here an wait, the server just went to a customer who came later than me. i told them im here first, and i am stil waiting. they told me to wait for the next server, and now i kept waiting for 20 minutes. what is next?

Went July 8 10:30 am, only one employee there and no customers in the store. I needed assistance with a frozen phone that I could not reset. Employee said Telus does not do repairs (hardly a repair), he would have to send it (leaving me without a phone for a few days) to get repaired, or I need to pay to get it repaired at Mobile Klinic. I asked him for assistance to reset it since it could not be turned off, he took it in his hands and said it cannot be reset that he does not know what the problem is. I went over to Mobile Klinic where their employee reset the phone in less an 3 seconds, working now perfectly. All I'm saying Telus - please don't have someone who does not know to reset a phone represent you. Willing to leave Telus after twenty plus years because of an employee that is unable to assist, reluctant, provides incorrect information and gave me the run-around.

I’ve stopped by the store on a few occasions for assistance, and associates Hanu and Mauvy have always been most helpful and professional. A big thumbs up for their service, guidance and patience. Most appreciated.

I went last Friday to Telus at STC with my parents to update our mobile service plans. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Hanu who went beyond what is required. He was patient with my parents and I, explained everything clearly and assisted us to update our plans which provide us with faster service, more data and cost savings. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a very good experiences here today. Could not ask for a better costumer service experience especially from MS. ALEXIS. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable worker!! She narrowed down on everything we needed to know and walked us through it in a rapid process. I Highly recommend.
