Walked in for the first time after being in the area and spotting the place. The store has a nice layout, everything is properly displayed. Nice watch selection. Purchased a great condition Vintage Seiko titanium. I believe it was the owner who provided some info about the watch and gave me a great deal on it. Positive first experience and will be back for sure.

Came in looking for looking for a laptop and Tee spent the time showing me multiple laptops until we came to an amazing MacBook which I walked out with and I am loving. 10/10 shopping experience if you have anything you are looking for Swap Shop will have it from jewelry to tools. So about a year ago I bought a PlayStation 3 at the Swap Ahop I needed a retro compatible PS3 because I wanted to play some old school PlayStation 2 & 3 games. So I went to the store bought my console and came back home when I got home the console had all sorts of issues, I was very angry because I live far from Scarborough but I brought it back the following day. One of the guys that work there assured me that this one was working properly. Unfortunately this was simply unable to read PlayStation 2 games so it wasn’t backward compatible. I was crushed inside and very sad, I called the store and they told me that they would exchange it no questions asked which they did. The third time I went there I stayed in the store and made sure with one of the workers that everything worked fine and for about a week it did. But after about 2 weeks I started encountering issues with that one also, the console kept freezing on me as I play and I always had to restart it. At first the problem wasn’t frequent it happened sometimes but not too often maybe one time per gaming session (which is already too much especially If you’re playing an RPG or something) but now the console is literally unusable it freezes after 2 - 30 minutes. So yesterday I decided to bring it back to the swap shop I hesitated a lot because of the distance but I still decided to go and see what they can do for me. After I got off work I decided to go there even took a cab from Kennedy station to make sure I arrived on time. I did arrive a bit "late"and the store was about to close they say that they close at 7pm I have arrived 5 minutes before that and the guy was already telling me that I can’t get in, and there were still a lot people inside. I insisted and someone finally opened the door for me I explained the issue and the guy just casually told me they can’t do anything because the guarantee is probably expired and that they don’t have any retro compatible ps3s anymore. No repair service, no bargain, no nothing. Mind you I gave them an Xbox one with 4 fully functioning brand new controllers plus some money for an old PlayStation 3. Given the kind of store that they have I assumed they wouldn’t make a big deal about an old ps3 given that I still have the receipt and some proofs that the issues have started not long after I bought it a year ago or I thought that they at least would be able to fix it but they have nothing to propose. I truly regret doing business with them and I advise people not to make the same mistake. They will take precious things from you for the low and give you non functioning stuff in return. Mind you I also bought a few ps3 games from them ?
Games I can’t use anymore…
They wasted my time, my energy, and also my money, I had to go back there 4 times in total and it’s my fault for trusting them, it honestly feels like a scam.
Do not trade with them go to another shop ??♂️

They have a great selection of used guitars that are in decent shape, but be sure to inspect them carefully for defects before you buy. There is warranty coverage as well, in case you find defects or the item turns out to be counterfeit or stolen.
