"Direct fit" part was fabricated out of spec. I didn't get around to installing this maniverter until it was past the 30 day return "policy". I figured at the very least, I could get an exchange of the part for one that was made correctly. I am actually local, and I offered to drive it into their shop. All I got was "you are out of the 30 days, thank you". They thanked me! This is so unethical, and a shameful business practice. I can't think of a time in my life having bought a part for anything that wasn't actually the part. I don't care how many days past the return window it is, you took my money for a "direct fit" part.As a business owner myself, I can not fathom putting out a product that doesn't work, then have the arrogance to push the cost onto the customer and not give a damn. I know this is bad karma and a recipe for failure.
