The unit is good and we'll priced for my needs. Excellent location.
The staff is amazing, they are friendly, quick to reply, and very helpful.
Downside, my unit was filthy with debris and rodent droppings. I had to clean it before I moved in. The women's washroom does not look like it's been cleaned in months. The toilet seat is I'll fitted and needs replacing, and everything needs a good cleaning.

Sing and Nick helps me to find right space to my needs. Sing was punctual always responsible and respectful. He followed up with me to make sure I have the required documents to get the deal.Before we do the contract he showed me few units. And explain me everything. Very happy with my new unit looking forward to start my new business.
