Literally the worst customer service experience. The sales associate took the jacket we were trying on and just judgemental stared at us the entire time we were in the store. The suits were also cheaply made and overpriced, I ended up getting a designer suit from another store for almost half the price as one of the fast fashion ones here.

Today, I entered stars at the Scarborough town center location. I initially came in to purchase a couple dress shirts, however instantly changed my mind seeing they had incredible deals on a lot of things, one being a suit deal that includes a full suit, dress shirt and tie. I immediately was greeted by Patrick who started assisting me in finding me a size. Throughout the process Patrick was very helpful and even had Ronald who is the manager also provided some assistance as well. I normally struggle to find suits due to being a bigger guy. Ronald helped me find a dress shirt that not only was super soft but fit perfect! Once I was done trying on everything my pants needed to be hemmed a bit and luckily they offer that service as well! I was lucky enough that my pants were hemmed not only the same day but took 10 minutes !! This was an incredible experience and highly advise if you want an amazing suit, great service and prices come to Stars today! Thanks again Ronald and Patrick!

Please know that this shop and their manager Ronald were incredible. We had lost hope at finding a grad suit for my teen nephew and they came through. The customer service was incredible! Thank you!

All of the employees were very kind and were ready to help. One employee that stood out to me was Richard. He helped me pick out my whole outfit for prom in a timely manner and I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely come back again.

Good day my shopping friends! I had a 5 Star (no pun ) experience at STARS MEN'S SHOP AT SCARBOROUGH TOWN CENTRE!!!
Patrick is a true and keen asset to this talented Team. Michael was wonderful as was their tailor!! Superb service that is at a level that cannot be taught but learned from. I have found a great Team to fully assist me and in such a friendly and professional manner. I'll be back and will tell everyone in my travels and I am the conversive type.

Came in late to by a prom tux for my son, thinking that I would be out searching forever for the perfect look, we stumbled in to Stars, BAM there is Ronald in this Sharpe suit/tuxfitting 3 people at the same time.... I look at 1 suit and my son is set!!!!! Highly recommend coming here, they steamed and hemmed my sons pants in 2 days they had it ready.....
Made my life stress-free since my son is a last minute guy !

We had a fantastic experience shopping at Stars for a suit for my youngest’s Prom. They had something particular in mind (bright coloured suit) and prom was only a week away. Ron was incredibly helpful and had a great eye for style. He was able to find the perfect suit and ensure it would be ready in time. I would highly recommend!
