If you want to go there be aware they mighty ask a higher price for parts of some cars (like olders cars) even on the U PICK yard for some reason. I went there today and when got to the front desk with the parts everything was literally double of their advertised u-pick price on the website. It would be best if this information was on their website. In some cases, price can be similar to ebay, which is more conveniently delivered to me.

I spoke to David and he is a very reasonable guy, if there is something you really need just ask to chat.

My experience with Standard Auto Wreckers exceeded my expectations. The customer service from Tracy and Jay was awesome! I got what I was quoted. Jay was on time to pick up my dear Ford Focus car and even though he had a busy schedule, he still spent the time to talk things through with me. Cory was very polite and patient, following up with me multiple times as I was out of town when trying to donate my old vehicle. Pickup was easy and communication was good. Allan was very polite and punctual, made sure I had everything out of the car before towing her off. Great company and will call on them again next time I have a car to scrap. I had to scrap my 22 year Toyota Camry. I was so upset, but Justin came in and made the whole process amazing. He was so helpful, kind, patient and amazing to deal with!! He is polite, professional and a superhero at his job. He definitely deserves to have a raise from Standard Auto Wreckers - he is the only one I would contact if I'm in this situation again!

Yes, this wrecker is rated the best for a reason, I called, placed an order, went to see the parts, just as described, working functional parts, great customer service from Erin and everyone I spoke with, even warranty, and you know that they aren’t going to pack up shop and disappear.

The frame of my 18-year-old Chevy uplander minivan is broken and it is no longer drivable. Called Standard Auto Wreckers yesterday and they accessed the car and offered me 500 dollars and scheduled free tow away the next day. I am very happy with their services and would like to give two thumbs up to Cory and Allan.

I used to like going to Standard. Never again. Today I drove an hour for the everything you can carry out day, with my son, since he's been there before with me when he was younger. He's now 10. He needs to learn, too, right?
We were turned away at the gate because of some mumbled "he's too young" reason, but I could go in for the $75 fee. Excuse me? Is a 10 year old supposed to stand outside unsupervised while I tear parts off cars??? (also, their website still says $60 in at least 2 different places...update it, guys)
Apparently there's no faith in parents...parenting...their children.
I find this particularly rich coming from a facility that has had their share of environmental problems, and yard fires, over the years.
That's okay. I was pleasantly surprised to find the part I need, NEW, for only $10 more than the Standard admission nearby. We won't ever be back. And props to 747 Auto Parts at Steeles and Markham for the excellent customer service, and complimentary windshield washer jug!
