Staff was not interested in assisting us. We were not greeted by the staff. And when we approached the staff member for assistance, he was not friendly and told us to wait. Also, this location did not have the shoes in the size we were looking for.

It often seems these days that customers are expected to do unpaid work, and employees will do no more than the bare minimum. For example, I asked one of the people on the floor to check a price for me, and their response was that their computer shows one thing but that I should go ask at the front counter if there's a different price. I'm not quite sure how that became my job, but I did figure out that I can save myself a whole lot of time by just walking out of the front door and buying the item somewhere else. So, that's what I did.

This worst service ever one of the worst place I had service ever, the guys are at the shoes counter are lazy not customer dedicated people The Indian guy is the most laziest guy ever met or the worst service ever.

Great customer service overall, was greeted at the door and immediately offered assistance, especially seeing as I was there to purchase wireless earbuds which needed to be brought up from the back. My only complaint however was the inclusion of a Triangle rewards card with my purchase despite not being asked at any time whatsoever if I was interested in signing up or even possibly considering one. This only led to more plastic waste in landfills, and I would have much rather been asked if I would like a card so that I could have declined and not had to throw out unnecessary waste. The only reason I didn't refuse it upon being handed the card was due to my being in a rush and not noticing it with my purchase until I had returned home and fully unpacked my bag.

The staff with the name Stanley (not sure if I'm spelling or saying it correct but he is an Asian boy) was GREAT help! He helped me find what I need, and gave me his personal opinion. We need more of him and his kindness everywhere!

Not happy with this store. I called to see if a shoe was in stock before leaving my house. Was placed on hold for 30mins. So I just drove to the store. They had one side of the shoe and couldn’t find the other side. I waited 10mins and still no shoe. They called the shoe manager and he couldn’t find the other side of the shoe. The worst part is they continue to put the shoe back on display.
The sales guy was no help.
Wasted my time and gas for a shoe that only has one side.
This is could be the very reason why people will buy online only.

This store manager have there on policy if you buy other sportcheck and return your item this location the manger so rude and on policy so you can go back same store you buy stuff and return there I show my Receipt there nothing mention it’s final sale the have on policy change the manager there this is my second time happened to same thing the said you can’t return your item here store because you buy different store tell him all sport check are same and return policy also same.

Really Nice Environment. Lots of Departments Covering Every Single Department. I love Getting Squash Racquets and Swimming Supplies. Recently I bought nice Under Armour Shirt and I am very Happy with it ! So I Say Lets all Visit our Brick & Mortar Stores and Keep them Alive !

It's disappointing when customer service falls short. The manager's refusal to accept my return, despite my assurance that the product hasn't been used and lacked proper packaging, reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. This inconsistency in their claims raises concerns about their professionalism and the overall service at Sportscheck. I’d recommend a different location.
