Nimmi was very helpful in the whole mattress and cover selection process. Highly recommend this store here! I came back and Richard was also very helpful as well!! This store is much better than the store near Dufferin and Steeles Sleepcountry store. The salesperson at that store was pushing me to buy with no discounts or promotions when this Kennedy Commons store has the discounts and promotions

Walked in without too much of a clue, and was happily helped by Braeden. He was super knowledgeable and patient, asking me tailored sleep questions, and not rushing me at all. Ended up purchasing a mattress, that fits all my needs, mostly in thanks to Braeden. Give that man an award!

We just got a new mattress delivered today, and it's perfect. Exceptional service from the day we went looking for one and on the day it was delivered. Nimmi helped and guided us in choosing what best suits our needs. Nimmi was very helpful and patient. We did not feel any pressure in making our final choice. The delivery was very smooth too. There was sufficient communication on the ETA, and they did not leave us guessing what time they would arrive. Thank you!

The person who answered the phone regarding my order has no manners at all, absolutely no customer service, started arguing, raising voice, and blaming me, NEED better training provided to him. I will never come back to this store again. Absolutely disgusting.

BRAEDEN store manager is extremely knowledgeable about all mattress pillows. He has great communication skills and is an admirable person. He ensures you are comfortable in what you are purchasing. He all all the answer to my questions about the poster pedic mattress.

Excellent service and professionalism. I came back to Sleep Country as I had such an amazing experience many years ago.
This time around, when visiting the store at Kennedy Commons with my sister, Sleep Country didn't disappoint. We worked with Nimmi, who was an amazing sales associate. She was patient, thorough, and very helpful.

Today we were greated by Nimmi who is an exceptional Sleep Country employee. I came in with my sister and we both experienced Nimmi's warm and welcoming disposition, her knowledge and overall general customer service care is exceptional.
