I tried this car wash ultimate a couple times but now I find its just power washing over the dirt and grime. The detergents are not doing a good job and sunny day today I wiped off all the dirt onto a rag to confirm it. I went home and washed the whole car with car wash soap and used a car wash mitt, Will only use for wintertime to wash the salt and once and a while for underbody washes only from now on. $16.99 + tax too expensive for the result I got today, and I wanted to go and complain but just not worth it will probably be sent back again for another one and wash the dirt all over again not worth my time and hassle

Visited Shell Car Wash at 11 pm, but was informed it closed at 10:30 pm. Unfortunately, this information wasn't available on the app or in the map, leading to a wasted trip!

Other stations were priced higher so we went out of our way to come here. Then they changed prices way higher than comparable stations. Said it was a mistake and would not honour their advertising.

The cashier literally can't understand his own policy. He said nicotine pouch products are age restricted to 25 years old minimum and showed me the "new policy" bulletin. The policy says ID check anyone that LOOKS under 25 for nicotine pouches. I explained to him that the policy said to ID if they looked under 25 not that they must be 25. I also googled for him the age limit in Canada ontario for nicotine pouch products and he told me refused to acknowledge it and said it's the new policy and told me to leave. I am 23 years old and presented a valid driver's license. I quit vaping a few weeks ago thanks to these pouches and now I have to find somewhere else to get them. Completely unacceptable.

Prices are always the lowest compared to anything in the area. Station can get super busy even at 10-11pm. Haven't had a chance to go inside yet tho

Wonderful place, clean service, and friendly staff. The customer service is great, and the gas price is cheap. These assets are the main reasons I love to visit here.
