This is the worst gas station ive ever been to. The employees are absolutely horrible at customer service. Why is every pump pre-pay? I understand if its 2am in the morning but why do i have to pre pay at 2pm in the afternoon and im right at the front pump? So whatever, i pre pay and waste my time of having to go back and forth for my receipt only to find that my CAA and air miles discount was not given because i pre paid. So they have you pre pay so they dont get Robbed, but yet i have to be ok with them Robbing me? And when i confront the cashiers about it, they become very rude or non- responsive. Safe to say i will not be returning to Shell Gas stations anytime soon, especially this one. Friday, October 25, 2024 1:55pm

Worst customer service ever from a guy named Hinder. Blamed me for having no car wash credit left on the card while I was at the queue, yet I had plenty. Turns out this newbie did not know how to operate. I have been at this car wash for years, and this newbie asks me to back out of all the way out of the queue where his predessors had the courtsey to let customer use the car wash and if the preloaded car wash credit did not work we just pay it out of our pockets. Guess what, this untrained employee asked all the other drivers in the line up to do the same as he couldn't figure out why the system was not working. When asked, this guy drops an attitude. I have no problem bringing my business elsewhere.

Just look at all of the negative reviews on this gas station..
I stopped here to fill my tires and watched the air compressor bleep green when I flashed my bank card, but the compressor did not start. I went in to the office and was told that it was working fine and that she would call to get me a refund. When I didn't receive a call for 5 days, I went back and demanded my refund politely. The woman raised her voice and said that if I didn't get air I didn't get charged, yet my bank statement says different. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me I couldn't.
Now I've wasted gas to go back to the station to ask for my refund and come to find that the customer is always wrong at this gas station.
To the woman working there 2024/09/06, I'd fire you if you were my employee. If you look at the other reviews, I'm pretty sure a lot of them are talking about her.
I used to fill up here every week. Now I won't go to any Shell gas stations.. I know one customer doesn't mean anything to a gas station, but it's a matter of principle. You want to charge $2.50 for air, then I expect it back if you can’t deliver

I don't deal much with Shell stations, but I got in here by chance because I live in this neighborhood and became their client because of the amazing staff they have, and in particular Tak, the Indian girl named VIDHI, she is really a wonderful girl, she helps everyone, she works sincerely. And I don't agree with some of the negative comments that were written about this girl.

- Can’t pay inside even though message on the pump says it as an option
- The speakers are horrible/can’t hear what staff is trying to say
- Store is closed early at night, very inconvenient convenience store
- Just go somewhere else if you need anything else, this is basically a staff-less gas pump

Apparently the passport I used to get in the country is not a valid ID. The cashier demanded my study permit which doesn't even have my photo. I mean if you want quality employees me and my buddy are much more intelligent than that rude girl. I didn't want to hold up the line so I went to the nearby Circle K and got my cigs

Shell wash not effective. Waste of time and money and the cashier was equally not helpful. Her attitude does not serves the purpose of her being there.

Just like other customers reviews, my experience at any time i have to ho to this shell is BAD. The attendant here- VIDHI Is so freaking arrogant. She doesn’t ask about points and when later i asked why didn’t you ting for points- she says i asked- I AM RIGHT.
All the other people behind me knew she didn’t, and saw how rude her behaviour was.
Customer experience is not telling who’s right or who’s wrong. Not sure what the manager was doing while recruiting for this role.
Pretty sure well deserving candidates who can do better job than her are out there.

Bad bad experience 9 June at 6.15pm fuel up went inside paid the cashier machine said approved when came out the cashier followed back said it wasn’t approved when I checked my bank transaction it showed it was approved I wasn’t given a receipt with this issue I requested her for a receipt she denied to give . Guys always check your transactions and get receipt. Shell
Needs to look into this if the person is not fit to serve customer give her more training but don’t make cashier create a scene for no reason. It really doesn’t look good at all

Cash machine always down, 7th time or so and no signs, had to withdraw cash it’s getting frustrating

Most of the time I buy gas from this shell gas station. I like the friendly behaviour of the gentle lady named VIDHI. I wish her prosperous happy life.
