Very awful experience today. I am a regular customer i come in at least once a week. There was a Young guy at the counter I asked for gas and car wash tokens I then asked for lottery tickets but was given the wrong thing I ask him to correct it but was ignored. I also asked for loonies for the vacuum a f given toonies I told the guy the sign on the vacuum says loonies only but he insisted the toonie would work. It did not I then asked for a refund and I was denied. They where very disrespectful about it. I will never visit this place again they treated me like I wanted to rob them of 2 dollars when I spend hundreds of dollars there every month.

Decent gas station. The cleaned up their act since last year. The gas station seems cleaner than it was and they now have paper towels in the dispensers as opposed to before.

The male staff is always rude
He never keeps smile on his face its look like he is not happy with serving customers
Maybe he forget it is a customer oriented job
Every morning when i look at him it gives negative vibes

Very bad I googled it's says open 24 hours, but when I call no one is answering, that's mean it's closed.Worker is not Working, Money won't fly to your cash register if we people think you are closed

Offers one of the cheapest prices. Always competing the Canadian tire gas station nearby for the lowest prices so keep an eye out for whichever is cheaper. The area is a bit cramped and it feels like they forced a gas station into a small lot However, i dont go inside so i cannot tell you if the customer service is good or bad.

should give 0 if possible, careful to add any gas at this station, the bump # 1 will charge you higher level 91 gas price when you press 87 regular, and the staff said what I could do is to complaint, but need to pay the fraud price.

This is the worst Shell I've ever attended.. The owner and staff know very well that we just came out of a pandemic/still in one and there no napkins anywhere.I checked every single dispenser and there was not even one napkin available to use to hold the pump/press the buttons with.Even look at the street view pic, no napkins in sight.Also the pumps and paper dispensers/squeegee holders were extremely dirty...I felt ghetto just being there. Disgusted I just left and did not pump any gas whatsoever...then went to another cleaner Shell.... Thanks for the reply, next time I check and see napkins and cleaner squeegee area I will give a good rating.
