African American woman had a mean hostile attitude and didn’t greet me, so I skipped her when I went in line again and went to another person. I was next up so I had to waste time waiting for another cashier. (Not a racist remark I just don’t know her name).

I had a mixed experience coming here.I visited the location at STC. I don't use makeup often so it was my first time coming here and I was really nervous to ask anyone for help finding the right foundation for my face. It was busy so I was waiting for someone to help me.Unfortunately for me, I seem to have stopped the wrong person. I managed to stop this white girl with blonde highlights and she didn't look like she even want to help me at all. She made me feel like I was bothering her from doing her other tasks. It made me feel embarrassed for even asking for help. She got foundation on my hair when she was applying the product on my face and didn't even seem apologetic.Thankfully, when I got to the cash register to pay my experience was recovered by a filipino girl who was wearing glasses. She smiled when she greeted me and even let me know about the sale and promotion they had going on at the time. I wish I took note of their name, but I was kind of in a rush. Needless to say, I probably won't come back here again because of this. Even though the cashier was really nice and polite, I didn't like how my experience went when I asked for help.

I had an odd experience here today that I don’t typically receive at sephora’s. Val hovers around you and makes you feel rushed… I almost felt like he was questioning everything I did as if I was stealing stuff?? I heard him talking over the mic to some of the other staff while I was getting in line… then he came to the counter to check my order out, further asking why I didn’t get the product he had provided me with earlier. Then asking me to walk him to exactly where I put it. super uncomfortable shopping experience all in all, it felt like he was accusing me of stealing it. Discourages me from coming back here bc of this.

I was greatly impressed with the customer service me and my friend received from Alwin at the cash. He was kind, polite, we had some issues to resolve with our purchases and he patiently tried to rectify all matters and gave us above and beyond customer service. 5 stars for him.

Just wanted to update my review to 5 stars because Sephora has a really good return/exchange policy, that adds to their great customer service!——This Sephora tends to be very busy but the workers are very helpful once someone is available. The only thing I would advise when shopping here is to check the product before you purchase. I’m not one to open up boxes, however I came home today excited to try my new lip oils to find them half empty with huge air bubbles inside. For the price, I would expect new product in boxes to be full. Still 4 stars because the service is always good.

Worst exchange for quality issues policy ever.Diana The manager was no help at all. I bought an item over a year ago haven’t needed to use it until now and the pump for my item is defaulted and I cannot use it. She mentioned she could do not do anything for meWhich is quite unfortunate as I purchase a lot and never return to this store. I had to contact customer and they told me they were unable to do anything for me so now I’m left with a product that I cannot even use. Customer service Is terrible and not helpful and accommodating. Customer service representatives sound like robots and have no Genuine human understanding.

I was at this location yesterday and I went into get some help with finding my shade for concealers. I approached Hiba (?) who proceeded to use a scanner to get a scan of colour for my skin which was neat. And then i was presented with some products closest to that range.And so I asked about the Huda Beauty one and we tried a couple and she suggested a different shade based of my wanting to get a brightening effect. And also suggested colour correctors etc.Long story short, Hiba was quite helpful in answering my questions & simply having a conversation with me which helped me make a better decision with my shopping.

Worst staff you can put in a customer service position. They won’t even look at you while responding. Me and my wife didn’t even see one person smiling infront of the customers

Honestly one of the worst locations to go to, it's like getting any help is impossible and when they are helping u they wanna rush u while helping u to assist someone else. They are so focused on getting sales they don't take the time to make sure ur actually good...this is ridiculous

Absolutely horrible experience. I asked not one but three sales associates for help and got turned down by all three who were more concerned with putting out stock or standing at an unattended perfume counter on their device, that was more important than helping me. Was ready and willing to purchase a $90 product and since all sales associates I asked for help couldn't check for the product I wanted since it was not on the sales floor display, I had to leave the store from complete disappointment. You're not getting my hard earned money, that much I know.

One of the costumer service ladies almost made me cry here today.She was wearing blonde cornrows and had glasses. And she was a lead (manager)I didn’t get to catch her name.I was just asking her to help me with an exchange and to find my shades. And she kept making snarky comments to make me leave the store. Because of her behavior, I ended up returning the items even though all I wanted was to exchange them for a better shade match.She made fun of my makeup and when I asked her why is she talking to me like I’m stupid? She said I’m just letting you know these facts.Horrible horrible costumer service. I hope someone speaks to her about changing her attitude.

Worst staff attitude.They entertain people so bad. We asked for help, One of their staff member just went missing, The other went on break letting the next one know.the Third one was completely over the top, No sense of customer service and all.they couldn't find a lipstick shade and trust me nobody even came back among 3 of them to say anything, Just went Hidden.Worst experience ever
