“I've had a pretty good and overall pleasant experience with storing my items at this StorageMart location. The staff are always willing to answer any questions I have, and they are very friendly and accommodating, especially the assistant manager Prasad. The unit itself is clean and I've never had any problems with my items being stored there. The one thing I would recommend is for the location to improve their pavements as sometimes there are deep pot holes that make it challenging to drive over to get to your unit. Other than that, I've had a really good experience overall with this StorageMart. One thing I would advise others to be aware of is that the prices do go up each year for your storage rental, sometimes a significant amount. If you try to speak with the front staff, they'll help you if you want a reduced insurance amount or have any questions or concerns about this, but ultimately the price changes is not something they set or are able to change. Anyway, I would recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere clean and helpful to store your items!”
“So I was thinking that I needed a bigger unit so Austin told me to come by and look at the unit so I did and it was awesome because he got me into a smaller unit I thought I needed a 15by 25 so he was very helpful with the units so he saved me some $$ and he also gave me a lock so what more can you ask for he explained the way things work I left feeling very satisfied I am a happy guy thanks to Austin.”

I would suggest that when one is picking up there belongings from the cube it is explained that the cube is in a yard, easy to locate, but there is no staff around the yard.Everyone I talked with to make arrangements and delivery were knowledgeable and courteous.Thank You Cubeit.”

Doing so thet changed the rate from flat rate to rent+milage without mentioning it. Ahmed was able to reverse the additional charges and keep the reservation price. Thank you Ahmed.”
“The pick up experience was smooth. Although the foot brake had triggered the service lights (abs and traction control lights), the staff explained the reason and calm me down and also explained that was their fault and will not charge me extra. They told me that they will take care of the foot brake and the service lights. The staff are nice and professional. This is always my go to place when I need a truck rental. Good services.”
