Had to return a Christmas gift and walked by this place twice. The signage & entrance seems to be oriented to favour people walking around the mall in a clockwise direction. Coming from the other direction, it just looked like part of another store.Anyways, I wandered around the store, not being bothered by the staff who seemed to be busy talking to each other. I did find something I wanted, and did the exchange. The guy at the register handled the exchange and walked off before I finished putting the bill & my wallet away.

I purchased a sweater for my mother for Christmas. The staff were wonderful and on Christmas the sweater fit her perfectly and looked beautiful on her. It made for a touching and memorable experience. Thank you Roots and Merry Christmas!Kim

I called to inquire about a specific bag yesterday, Isabel answered the call, she is patient and knowledgeable. She provided exceptional customer service and helped me to find the bag I want. It made my shopping experience delightful, and I'm currently enjoying my new Roots bag!

Worst experience ever.Their customer service is worst.I mean the roots provide free delivery when you place order in store. Even sales person said its free but when they placed order they charged 10$ for it. Idk whats goin on. I was visiting a friend in scarborough ao i went to this store. Else my home store had the article and size i needed i would have picked from there. Manager was like there is nothing i can do straight forwardly she didn't even try to understand my situation. She was like once receipt is made you take up with customer service i cant help you. I was right there. Its the worst roots store experience i ever received. I urge everyone to place order online and management should have a look at their staff and see if they are ripping people.I'm attaching store receipt tell me if anyone can read it.

I can’t put into words how great the staff here at ROOTS are. Honestly, every location I have been to, their customer service skills are amazing. They do their best to find the product for you and if it’s not in store, they order it online for you. Their baby/kids section is my favourite. Amazing quality fabrics that last a while even with newborns! Super soft and doesn’t change every after washing multiple times.

Wow I miss the roots that made Canada stand proud when it first started! Their quality materials eg.leather goods were so pretty and durable! Plain Jane goods now. Poor shaping for womens' wear.

Today my mom and I went to the roots at Scarborough town centre so my mom can look at the purses and she was trying to decide between 2 purses. An associate named Julianna was assisting us and she was incredible she was very helpful and had a positive attitude. She also had 10/10 amazing customer service . Thank you Julianna for your kindness and positivity!

Unfortunately they did not have alot of stock. Had a hard time finding a pair of men's track pants. Maybe Christmas rush??

Worst customer service, they lie about everything in the store, have ample of attitude regarding answering questions. Wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to go to this location for shopping.

The selection is pretty decent here. I found what I was looking for. The kids selection is much better then the surrounding locations (in malls)I found the staff to be very helpful and polite.It was a good experience for me.

All I have to say is $150 for a sweater? This isn't hand made clothing. How do they stay in business.
