Rudest cashier named Lilibeth was there in the Rexall store. I went there to return an "expired" cream they sold me this morning. I went to her to explain and she be like it is like this only. Finally when her manager asked her to refund me she was so rude and started taking rude to me. I hope someone teach her some basic manners. Never going there again ????

For the pharmacy four stars for Cynthia who is a good pharmacist, do not go to the other dude he is a douche. Cashiers upfront not so friendly

I was visiting from out of the country and felt unwell. Aneri the pharmacist helped me out and aided me in getting the medication I needed. She was extremely friendly and caring, and the other staff were wonderful too.

Gosh rude prescription place to go I have scwladerma and rewynards they did not give me a medication after I said all of them and I work I called th3m th3y said it was my fault gosh never again so rude

Dec 11: It looks like the fax issue is updated. My last 4 prescription came in fine.—-People who work here are usually good, but they have issues with receiving prescription.. They NEVER get it the first attempt and we have to ask the clinic to resend it. It’s just frustrating.

What a rude cashier today. My mom was looking at a pair of slippers and I told her to go to Walmart. We're about 30 or so feet away having a private conversation. The cashier said "oh we pay our employees better" and whatever else insults she could utter that she would hope wouldn't get her fired. She was black, skinny, it was around 3:30 - 4pm. She had the fakest wig in Scarborough on. Everyone knows how overpriced the store is and it surprises many that it's still in business. Their flyer they out is pretty much a joke book. I'd say never again I'd go again but let's face it, the only reason we even graced their presence was because my mother had a check up so I'm not a shopper there. Please fire her.

I have been going there to fill my prescriptions for over 20 years. This new idiot pharmacy manager thinks she is so great Ameri Gandhi that she is making my life difficult when I have to get a certain medication which I have been taking for so many years now. I have decided to slowly leave them. She can go to hell.

Good store but The training given to their employees who meet the customer to be considerate is not enough. They should train more on, how to treat the customer and how to announce the closing time without adding time pressure on the customer by using proper words. I am not blaming people, I am just telling the system of training is not good enough. Trust me and Fix this one thing and see your customer base grow...... I'm giving my Valueble feedback back. It's upto you to act or not. However I am not going to come back to this store again.

Today I pulled up to see a lady in medical distress falling outside of her wheelchair outside this Rexall. I went into the pharmacy and spoke to Aneri who was the pharmacist on duty. I told her what was happening and her answer was I keep checking on her I'm aware. The lady was clearly in distress with her meds falling out of her bag and almost falling out of her wheel chair. I think its diagusting that someone in the medical perfession would be aware and not call for help. I'm dispointed to see this is who we trust. There is nothing wrong with just making sure someone who looks like they need help is ok. Sad, ppl need to do better than this.

I will pass. Ladt at cash really upset with me because thet forget the sign and they didnt want to honor the prize. Asked ne if i am okay now like if it was my mistake. I am so okay i am not coming back.
