I’ve had a frustrating experience with the service at this location. My pick-up orders have been messed up around 20 times over the past six years. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, nothing has improved. It feels like they don’t care.
I’m considering switching to a different store. Whenever I call, I get conflicting information from employees, and the common excuse is that someone is new and doesn’t know what to do. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t be on the floor without proper training. There seems to be a serious issue with management at this location, and I hope the head office takes notice. This is disappointing.

They charged me twice (approx $50 x 2) for one item. I realized when I got home and checked my receipt (thankfully). I called the store manager hoping to get it rectified but she advised me to come back for a refund. I should not have to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back with today's gas prices, and take time out of MY day to get a refund for a mistake THEY made. Poor cashier service and poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere, you should too

Very awful experience today. All because I wanted to purchase 2 of the saucepans that when you have collected 20 stamps can get them for 75% off. I had 44 stamps, not taken off at cash register, cashier asked for help. One person walked by and said she knew how to do it. Went behind cash register to only void my order and tell me to go to customer service. There she wanted me to get the saucepans even though they were at the bottom of my cart under all the grocery shopping I had done. Poor customer service. I walked out without the saucepans or shopping. Will not go back. Just for reference, the order was for $645. Not a small shop. Lost a regular customer today

I love this store, my family buys groceries from here all the time because of price match and great selection. However, I recently went in to place a bakery order and didn’t have a great experience. I completely understand that disabled people have every right to work as any other able bodied person, but it is extremely difficult to have a deaf person working in a customer service position where one of the main responsibilities is to communicate efficiently with customers. I had to communicate with her by writing on a small piece of paper and was told I couldn’t place a pickup order for Sunday. I ended up calling the bakery from their parking lot and had no problem placing a pick up order, so I’m confused why I was told I couldn’t when I went out of my way to walk into the store… not very impressed and I wasted my time. My suggestion is to place her working where there is minimal communication with customers or have somebody also working with her so they can take orders. Customer service should be fast and efficient

I recently visited the superstore to order a cake for my daughter's birthday, and I was thoroughly impressed. With only four days' notice, they created a stunning cake with a beautiful pink contrast. Their creativity really shone through in the design, and while I don’t have a picture to share right now, it was truly awesome. The customer service was top-notch as well, making the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for future celebrations! ❤️

The service was extremely poor. Whenever I asked for assistance, I was told to go to customer service. When I went there, no one was available to help for about 10 minutes. When someone finally arrived, they informed me that the bakery was closed for the day, even though it was only 7 PM.

I'm a Doordash driver I got regular everyday 4to5 orders and as a dasher we have very important for super store order but unfortunately what happen super store blocked me in store system so it's a very big impact our daily income I have calling in doordash for the issue related doordash said our side everything is OK but super store blocked ? you I'm coming in super store talk with agent no buddy can proper answer so I have request if you have manners and support for local citizen people I have humble request you have unblocked me

I regularly purchase from this store, especially goat milk (4l), as those stock well.
Store hours, until 23:00, with lots of parking, are perfect for late shoppers.
Adequate self check out available and the checkout application was easy to use, making quick purchase in-and-out really fast.
My recent dealing with Mark , assistant manager, was stained my impression of this store.
I bought 2 bags of 4L milk and both had issues. To be fair to Superstore, this was really the first time in the past 10 years.
My feeling, the store cared less about the product, the bad milk.
No, I didn't have a receipt but I was showing my purchase on the PC phone app. I was being reminded a few times of the return/exchange policy on the wall.
I guess the management doesn't trust and respect their customers. The tone and the dealing were not pleasant.
I will continue to shop here for the convenience and availability of the goat milk.
This incident has definitely made a dent though.

Bought food for lunch before shopping. Went upstairs- no tables or chairs to sit down and enjoy our food. Had to sit outside on the concrete planter outside. Bought soup but obviously that ended in the garbage. Please bring back the eating area upstairs.

Yesterday I bought a Portuguese flavored chicken & was very disappointed. There was no flavor. The chicken was so dry and smelly. I thought being a superstore the chicken would be better than Walmart, but I felt the Walmart chicken was so much juicy and have a nice flavor to it. I don't even know what flavor was it to say it was Portuguese chicken from the hot food section. It was not even worth $9.99, which none of us enjoyed eating and was a big waste .The samosas were excellent. Will not shop for those things again at the superstore for sure.
